Stopped by for breakfast. The 4 Golpes, let me tell you… worth every bite. The food was delicious — fresh, flavorful, and made with real love. Rudy, the owner, was amazing and super attentive, making the whole experience feel even more special.

If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re missing out. Support local, support good food, and support people who truly care about their craft.

First time in this great place. Went around noon for a quick breakfast first, and had to come back for dinner because it was that good. Amazing owner! The food, the service, the conversation makes it worthy of coming back for when you are craving real Dominican food.

Having lunch at Sabor a Campo was a pleasure. Each staff member greeted me and provided a wonderful customer service experience. I’m so glad my search for a nice spot to eat lead me here. I ordered Pechuga a la Plancha and a side of avocado. The chicken was juicy, rice and beans on point! The flavorful meal transported me back to my trips to D.R. Anytime I work in the Cliffside pk area this is where I’ll glady eat.

Absolutely love this place! I’ve been here over five times already and they’ve never disappointed. The service is always top-notch—friendly, fast, and attentive. The food? Always amazing. The fried fish is perfectly seasoned and crispy, the picadera is full of flavor, and the mofongo is delicious. Even the picapollo hits the spot every time. This spot has become one of my go-to places, and I’ll definitely keep coming back. 10/10 every time!

The seasoning and quality of food has kept me coming back! From the pastelitos to the sancocho, the pernil and carne de res is what I have had so far and love it! We are Dominican and my family vouches for how good everything is. It’s a small place that definitely reminds me of the cooking in DR! Can’t leave the coffee out either because it tastes strong and balanced and I’ll leave this review at that; I am saying too much and you should just try it. The food and service speaks for itself!

I moved to Ridgefield over 20 years ago when Dominicans and Dominican Americans were few and far between. I have never found a spot that made me give up a stop in Washington Heights before crossing the GWB when I didn’t feel like cooking until today.

The food is excellent. The service is excellent. While I waited I felt like I was hanging with my cousin waiting on the party food to be wrapped up.

I barely eat and I ate half the mofongo…

Try it and I doubt you’ll be disappointed.

Very good dominican food. Nonetheless the attentions were what mainly made this visit special. I ordered mofongo with chicharron de pollo and it was very very tasty with the classic dominican sazon… you could feel the citrus of lemon in the flavor… this was MADE TO ORDER as freshness is paramount for the ladies that run this business.

The best and most unexpected sign of top-notch service happened when they changed a juice free of charge as although being very very refreshing and recently made; it wasn’t my personal taste.

I then got Limonada; fully natural; most likely made in house; light ice with the right amount of sweetness. AMAZING. Be sure to visit soooon !!

Lady there had so much attitude for reason today. Safe to say I can no longer recommend this place. Id give a zero if I could, and I usually give great reviews all around. This lady left such a bad taste that I felt compelled to write this.
