Only two people working at the time . Took about 25 minutes to get the food . Totally understood ; no big deal . Chef salad was delicious , patty melt was on point . Shout out to the cook . On duty that day .

Disgusting service. We sat down got our drink order and then everything went downhill from there.
We were forgotten about. Sitting for 20 minutes waiting for someone to realize we never got our order taken. Then another couple walk in get their drink order taken sand their food order taken. So after finally someone realized we never got our order taken we finally get our order taken and had to wait an hour to get our food.
By the time my family received our food my wife and I burger and fries were already cold two bites in and that’s it. The server who gave us our food just never communicated with us and just handed us food like we were supposed to figure out what was on the plate. So now we are an hour and a half in and our waitress never came back to check up on us. Never asked us if the food was okay, never asked us if we wanted refills for our drinks that were already drank about 10 mins after sitting.
Never received syrup for my father in laws pancakes. The manager wasn’t even on duty. We had to speak to them via phone and all they said was “I’m sorry is there anything else wrong” like are you kidding me. I’ve ran businesses 4x bigger than the establishment i just dined in and STILL managed to provide quality and excellent service.
So believe me when I say Social Media WILL be hearing about this.
Trust me I have many followers on instagram and thousands of friends on facebook so they will not be dining at that establishment either.

We ordered “to go” and the server was an absolute sweetheart. She ensured that we had everything we could possibly need for our order and made certain the quality of the food was up to standard. Very quick and overall pleasant experience.

Food was good. Service was ok. Everything was going great until we found roaches in the syrup. When the waitress was confronted she took it and came back. She said the manager wanted to give us a discount. 1 dollar off our meal! Wow for eating roaches I got a dollar off.

Kind of hit or miss. I guess it’s depending on who’s working there at the time. Breakfast seems to be really good (the omelettes are great), but other times, the place hasn’t been appetizing. The country friend steak gravy was horrible. They also need to start answering their phone for take out orders.

Absolutely atrocious, if I could give less than a star I would. The whites on my over easy eggs were still runny. The fries and fried pickles were both undercooked. I had to wait 25 minutes before a server even came to my table and another 25 minutes to get my food.
And that’s only the beginning ladies and gents… one waitress was working, wide eyed and slow, obviously taking some extra curricular medication. That being said I waited on my dessert for about an hour. Do not eat here, EVER. Could not find a sanitation rating.

The Boss
Ordered to go from here, had to physically go in and the place order due to no one answering the phone. Waited an hour for our food, once we got home noticed that they forgot our toast for one breakfast and the tomato to go on the burger. I tried to call to inform them of the items they left out, but of course no one answered. And usually I wouldn’t even call over something so small being forgotten out of the order but I was already upset for waiting an hour for our to go order. First and last time here.

I came into this establishment early on Thursday morning. When we walked in we was the only ones in there. All the employees was outside smoking and sitting down. We waited about 15 mins before we was even greeted. The cashier was very rude and disrespectful. I’m so disappointed in the service at this location.

As I waited for my food at the Kingstree South Carolina Huddle House the cook splash me with water as I was sitting down. He never apologized so I thought maybe he didn’t know he splashed me so I told him he splashed me was he going to apologize for it at least and he got loud and disrespectful made me very disappointed and dissatisfied as a customer and I did not want to purchase anything else from that crew. When I walk through the door he was already looking at me angrily. I just didn’t know he would do such a rude act I don’t even know him. I was very dissatisfied with the friendliness of the staff.

I have been here 3 times in the past month and it is horrible every time! Everyone’s food was messed up every time and it just didn’t taste good. I even tried to order a grilled cheese figuring they couldn’t mess that up but boy was I wrong. It was so soggy the butter was making a puddle in my plate. I know there is not many places to go in this small town but if I were you I would go to a gas station for food before this place!!!!
