I don’t know what’s gone on in the last year at this particular subway, but the staff here is AWEFUL. Please don’t get a job making sandwiches if you can’t make a sandwich. Subway management, don’t give somebody a job if they’re not willing to do the job.
We eat here about once a week for lunch and more times than not we are driving all the way back to pick up something they forgot to give us or to get something corrected that they completely butchered.
My sub might not be the most simple sub, but it’s rather easy. I ask for a pizza sub. It’s a simple as make a pizza and fold it in half. Wham Bam you’ve got a pizza sub. They have literally forgot to put cheese on it. And today they decided to load me up with meatballs…. Why?
I don’t know who you people are hiring, but they can’t make sandwiches and they can’t fulfill orders to save their lives.
Clean out and restaff, please!!!

They still cannot figure out what a pizza is or how to make it in sub form ♂️
More money wasted, and my belly is grumbling

My family and I went here after doing our grocery shopping. There was a girl cleaning the floors when we went in, we asked if they were closed and she said they closed at 8pm. So we proceeded to go in, the girl went to the back and we waited at least 10 minutes for anyone to come out to serve us. It was a different girl, she was very flat, not polite, seemed very miserable. She made our sandwiches, checked us out. As she was making our sandwiches, she noticed my husband and toddler sitting at one of the tables. So when we checked out she then said “our lobby closes in 10 minutes.” With over an hour left before 8pm, we were surprised their seating area was closing. We decided to just take our food home and eat it once we got home, she then didn’t even offer a bag or anything for our sandwiches. Very unsatisfactory customer service going on here. Go to the Subway across town, it is 1000x better with better service!

Very ignorant staff, proceeds to speak down to me because she messed up my order. Only put cheese and mayo on sandwich, no meat didn’t realize til I got home. When I return it telling her (a girl named Jess) she gets nasty and smart. Then tries to charge me AGAIN for same sandwich I just paid for. I already wasted $10 in gas driving all the way back to fix it. Would NOT recommend this Subway. From now on I will Drive 2 mins down road to other Subway with better quality staff and product! Terrible service!!

Very ignorant staff and won’t let the elderly sit in the back of the restaurant when they have trouble at the high tops. Got nasty with my husband when he stood up for them and was told to “bud out”. I don’t know the girls name but she needs fired cause she was ignorant as they come.

Depressing place. The employees were indifferent and bored. Lots of eye rolls and big sighs when we asked for anything out of the ordinary, like a toasted sub?? Got a dirty look when I added a drink to my order. I was going to add another sub for my mom at home, but then figured they’d spit in it or something for making them do more work, so forget it. Who is the manager there? Do they know what’s going on there?

Most of the workers here are just down right rude and disrespectful. They do not care about the customers that is for sure. If you come during the day when the managers are working you will get amazing service. Just today I had an experience here where they made my sandwich it was so soggy and nasty I kindly asked if they could make me another one. They looked at me like I was dumb and wouldn’t even answer me so I said that was fine I would just be back tomorrow to talk to management and they decided to then talk and say okay whatever. I wish I could give no stars at all for this place it is such a shame that because I decided to come at 8 and they close at 9 I got bad service. My children love the pizza here which is why we came here to begin with. I will no longer be spending my money here unless management decides to make it right tomorrow which I will not hold my breathe on.
