They will lie and make a false compliant if your in a work truck. I myself made a compliant as well. Luckily there was a camera in the vehicle. Manager is not safe at all. Today I was in the drive through and I could not believe what I witnessed. A flagger force employee was in front of me. The mcdonalds worker threw change at her truck and another employee came out of the restaurant and stood in front of her truck not allowing her to leave. The police were called and made the mcdonalds employee move away from the truck so she could leave. How unprofessional can you be. I hope the district manager or someone sees this.

Service is garbage most of the time, but the food is good…sometimes. Milkshakes are the best but 99% of the time you want one, the machine is “unavailable.”
Maybe make sure all of your machines are clean and ready to go BEFORE you open and you’ll have less pissed off customers and more sales. It’s a win for everyone then.

The place was very clean and the food was good!! Big plus was the staff! I have been there multiple times, the morning staff and night staff is always kind. They were so friendly and very personable! Will be coming again. 🙂

Definitely one of the nicer places, even without the play place, they have a room for the kids with kids walls & 3D tree with table for them

Asked for a HAMburger not a CHEESEburger there is a big difference between the two as in the toppings and the spelling I don’t know how all of these workers get it wrong I understand if you’re busy and if any thing a HAMburger will make your life easier because it’s one less topping you got to put on.

Went on my app & ordered 1 single large mocha frappe around 7AM. Show up about 10 minutes later to an empty drive thru. Waited at the window for about 15 minutes & was handed a caramel frappe. I told the worker it wasn’t correct, she took it back( and I swear just changed the whipped cream topping & handed me back the same drink. Definitely won’t be back.

Today’s order was great. Hot, properly made, but rushed. They forgotten mayo I paid for because apparently taking away an ingredient (relish from mayo) costs 50 cents. I digress, they forgot my sauce on my food so that bish was dry. At least the ingredients were fresh?

I was starving so I went to McDonald’s after my grocery run. Everything was fine… until Eve walked my oder to my car and opened her miserable mouth. She told me she read my review (good, maybe you can improve some stuff) and she was NOT engaged to the owner. Yes, Eve, I know you are not. Colleen was last i knew. Anyways, the review; fries were luke warm and not hot fresh melty goodness. The sandwich was a messy daily double which gets mayo, 2 burger patties, cheese, lettuce, tomato, slivered onion. I ordered no onions as I have a sensitivity to them. They must have recognized my name on the mobile order because the cook slathered on dehydrated onions and HID THEM BETWEEN THE BEEF PATTIES IN THE CHEESE. Bro, those onions don’t even go on that sandwich and how do you know I’m not deathly allergic? Yes. I’ll be calling corporate. Thank goodness it wasn’t for a child with an allergy, right?

Most recently, I ordered fries and a sandwich. The fries were (I can’t stress this enough) disgusting. Luke warm and they look double fried. How they managed that during lunch is beyond me. The sandwhich had mayo oozing out of it, just way too much for a smaller sandwich. The employees barely acknowledged my existence. The only brightly shining star at this location is an employee named Ravyn. She always makes me laugh but wasn’t working that shift. They’re the only fast food place with a drive thru for miles so I guess we’re stuck with them.

The person who brought out our food was incredibly rude. I wouldn’t go to this location ever again. If you can’t hand somebody their food without giving them dirty looks and sighing and then walking away with attitude you probably shouldn’t work in the service industry.
