Aaliyah is probably one of the friendliest baristas Ive ever come in contact with at this location! I came in yesterday(3/4/26) after putting in a mobile order. When figuring out that I had been ordering it wrong through the app, she helped me put it in the correct way! And was so kind about it! There should be more people like you Aaliyah! Im so glad you were at the window when we came through! thank you! The only reason theres 4 stars is because the very first time I ordered my drink, it was full to the top! I ordered an iced caramel macchiato Through DoorDash. They sent me a warm coffee. When I called them and explained my situation, the girl was rude and just was talking at me. I could not get a word in telling me about how she’s gonna make me a new coffee and even give me A gift card The next time I come in. I was letting her know that I’m going to probably drop the call as soon as my car gets to the end of the driveway. (Verizon). When I got to Starbucks with the coffee and explained to her that I was the guy on the phone, she told me that I needed to leave or she was going to call the police because I was so bad to her on the phone. I was So confused because she was just telling me she was going to make it right. I’ve dealt with this type in relationships. You can’t go out there taking out your daddy issues on your customers

Music is always way too loud. Is this for the Baristas who are always having to talk over each other because of the noise level is so high. It is far from relaxing. Hard to converse, read or work.

Was given the wrong drink twice! Not sure if the barista is new or if they were out of the right base for the salted caramel mocha frappe, I was given a mocha cookie crumble… second time was enough for me. There’s nothing salty about my drink… just straight mocha with regular cold foam

Baristas only do what they want with my drinks nowadays. No pistachio sauce, no chocolate non-dairy cold foam.
Person taking orders doesn’t even greet you anymore.

I don’t ever really leave reviews for chain restaurants, since most of the time they’re pretty similar to each other and kinda run-of-the-mill get what you get and move on, but I just can’t stand it any longer, I have to say something. Most people who leave reviews have issues with the food or the baristas being rude, but I actually feel sorry for them. Every time that I’ve been in, they’ve been kind and helpful, and it’s evident that they’re trying their absolute best. The problem I’ve seemed to notice most is the lack of help from the manager. (I think her name is Marissa? Might be Melissa? Not sure, she’s barely around enough for me to ask.) As someone with prior experience working in the food industry, I know how it feels to be that barista zipping and zooming around, multitasking and dealing with rude customers while still trying to keep a smile on my face during a huge rush. It seems like whenever it’s super busy in there, the poor baristas are doing everything they can but the manager sits out in the lobby. Doing….what? Not helping out when they should be, that’s for sure. Chilling instead of leading your team during peak busy hours isn’t my idea of a strong manager, and it really weakens the team. So sad! At least my cake pop and refresher were good. I’d give those baristas hugs if I could.

So we got all our food and a hot chocolate but didn’t get the white chocolate mocha. Waited awhile then went up to ask about our other drink because multiple drinks were coming out but they were t from my order. I finally walked up to the counter to ask and she said it hadn’t printed yet I asked if they could make it so our food doesn’t get cold. She made the drink we get to the car and I take a drink and it doesn’t taste like there is any syrup just burnt espresso. I ordered a grande but maybe got a tall with the whipped cream. I chose yo go to Starbucks because even though it’s always chaotic the food is usually on point and the drinks are made to you liking so I feel I get what I paid for. Unfortunately I won’t be frequenting this location anymore. There are several coffee options all on one road and I will be choosing to go to one of those other locations.

I rated this one star for the simple reason that there were only three baristas on the floor and the store manager, (I believe her name is Marissa) was nowhere to be seen. She is inadequate towards her job and how she treats the baristas and costumers from what I’ve seen. The baristas still kept up the positive attitude and vibes all the while things were getting messy. This was all the while this being their busiest hours and the store manager, (again I believe her name is Marissa), did nothing to help them when they called. Please be kind to the hard working baristas who work so hard to help us all out and keep up the positive vibes when their manager doesn’t help them.

Lost
When I came into the store, I noticed that the store only had two baristas. The manager did nothing to help them and fired the other barista that was supposed to work. This isn’t the first time I came in and this happened. Don’t come here and please try to support and understand the hard working baristas who work behind the counter and what they deal with from the store manager.
