The improvements made here are remarkable; the standards have significantly risen, and the food is exceptional. Having visited several times, I can confidently say that each experience has been consistently satisfying. Regardless of when I come, the quality remains impressively high, with dishes that are both delicious and well-seasoned. Kudos to the new management for enhancing this restaurant, which is also maintained in a clean and inviting manner. I look forward to returning.

We were so happy when Popeyes opened up one in San Dimas, didn’t have to trek all the to Asuza, although we didn’t mind at all. The first few months was great. Services, food and the place was nice to eat in. We went here just recently and the services seemed to go downhill. People at the counter was unfriendly. They looked annoyed when you ask for the condiments and or few extra napkins. The chicken pieces were hit and missed. Some pieces were dried. For side dishes, the mashed potatoes and gravy, the gravy is hardly there. Have to buy extra gravy if you want to have more mashed potatoes. Avoid this location if you can.

Took long for them to prepare my online pick up order. It wasn’t busy and the chicken was already made, all they had to do was put it in the bag

Food Tastes like Real Popeyes. Warm FOODS, Right way to cook Rice n Beans.
One con is BathRoom.
Water pressure is weak, hard to wash hands.

Ordered 3 piece of original chickens on app for pick up, came with 3 old stale spicy chickens, I even asked the employee everything fresh and correct right? He gave the attitude face and answered yes. Not coming back forsure.

I try to steer clear of writing negative reviews, but this one takes the cake. The service here is consistently terrible, with very grumpy employees. The time for them to get your food out, even when the entire store and drive thru are empty is atrocious. The only reason I come here is for the T-Mobile deals and the prices. The only positive thing I can say is that the inside is spotless clean. Probably because nobody comes here.

My son was hoping for better as he tried the Cajun fries and felt they had lost something. I have had the chicken a few times and felt the spicy was okay but nothing different. It actually felt a bit strange to be in a Popeye’s that’s clean, has no homeless people in sight, has friendly and professional employees, and a clean, and more importantly, open restrooms. The food was good, as expected. But again, it’s really strange to feel safe, welcomed ,and seeing no “h00d-activities” in a Popeye’s.

Every time I order from here, something is always missing from my order and most of the workers seem like they’re being bothered that you even ordered in the first place. Whenever I have a craving and the time, I prefer to drive to the Covina location because it’s a much better experience. I hope these young kids know that serving, even at a fast food chain, can get you recruited for better jobs. Business owners notice your behavior–when you are doing a good job, you’re accurate, consistent and pleasant. Hope the service gets better.
