Experienced Rhea for the first time and wasn’t impressed with the meal. The atmosphere is amazing. The bar set up is a cool idea and the decor is pleasant. We seem to have come on the first day of the fall menu. I ordered the kid option ramen for the children and the pork belly ramen for myself. The flavor of the broth of both dishes didn’t taste like something from a restaurant specializing in ramen bowls. It was almost like a restaurant who sells, let’s say Italian and decided to sell a weekend special of a ramen bowl. It didn’t taste awful just not what a ramen restaurant would produce. Another turn off was when I payed with the bill with cash. My change back was $26 plus the loose change, but the waiter didn’t give me my loose change. I don’t want to come out as cheap, but it’s the principle of it. You charge a certain amount for the meal and you give back the right amount in return. I might see myself coming back for drinks at the bar, because they did look delicious and unique, but for ramen I’m going to pass.

We have tried and tried again to make it to this spot. After several reservation cancellations we finally made it. Upon arrival, we were seated immediately but it took a bit for someone to greet us at our table. Perhaps they weren’t aware that we were seated but once they came over, service was very frequent. It is kind of marketed as a ramen restaurant but there are only 4 choices of ramen. There is an eclectic spin on 3 of the 4 options, which are very nice and creative. The closest to traditional you will find is the veggie ramen. We ended up with fried brussel sprouts, hangover noodles, bacon kimchi fried rice, birria ramen and veggie ramen. Everything was so delicious and flavorful, we absolutely enjoyed our time. Our ramen was brought out by another employee very shortly after the appetizers, which was a bit overwhelming but our waiter did take notice and mentioned it to us. The drinks we ordered were pretty solid, not too weak not too strong. At this point, there was definitely no room for dessert but based on the menu overall, we’ve already decided we will have to return and explore more of the items.

Good buns and shanghai scallion noodles. Although the ramen looked spicy the flavor was a bit bland. The noodles were a good al dente.

Such an amazing spot to get small shareable plates and good cocktails. Tried a few of the many good looking items on the menu our first visit. The cucumber salad and wok-fried broccoli are a must get. Service was amazing with our waitress explaining to us some of the top choices and fast service. Definitely will be coming back to try more of the menu.

Went here for the first time and it was a really cool vibe. We sat at the bar and enjoyed it. The drinks were very good. The food was good but I thought the appetizers were a bit expensive. We had an order of Brussel sprouts and an order of Birria tacos. They were $15 each and I thought that was pricy especially for Brussel sprouts.
The Brussel sprouts were good but crispy, we didn’t realize they’d be crispy. The tacos were delicious.
We split hangover noodles which were okay but nothing amazing. Kind of “thick” if that makes sense.
I likely wouldn’t return on my own. But would go back if someone invited me.

I stopped in for dinks and while there decided on an appetizer. The menu looks fantastic and the drinks are so good. I got the 500 days of summer drink and the steamed pork dumplings as the app. The food came out quicker than I thought it would and it was very well made. The bartender was accommodating and helpful. I will definitely be visiting again when I have more time. The service, food, and drinks were all great. It has a good vibe inside and there is outdoor seating as well if you prefer.

This place just became my new favorite restaurant. Went with my husband for the first time today, and we ordered quite a few things each. Food came out very fast, and Every single thing we ordered was amazing! we even ordered extra so we would have plenty to take home for later, but we ended up eating most of it lol. My favorite dish was the Short Rib dumplings

So good. Bold flavors, amazing bao, perfectly cooked noodles, and great energy. Rhea is a must-try in Saratoga.

The happy hour deal is great at Rhea, we got the dunes of the cape cocktail and it was delicious. The buffalo chicken bao bun was very good, the pulled pork bao bun was also a good option. The ramen is solid, really good noodles. The dumplings come in ramen broth too which was a very nice add. We would definitely come back!

Lovely ramen with a lovely atmosphere. It is a bit expensive if you are a college student like me but one of the few restaurants in Saratoga I feel is worth the price. They have some more non-traditional ramen that was quite good. Drinks on tap also good.
