This location has horrible reviews and for good reason. I ordered a bowl on Postmates, and received a bowl with asada that was basically beef jerky. It was so old tasting it literally tasted and looked like they served beef jerky. This meat must have been over cooked and left there for hours. Had to throw it away. So bad. I don’t normally eat this food and this is exactly why.

The music there is always ridiculously loud here. They obviously don’t want you stay and eat here or enjoy the place whatsoever. Also my gf found a screw in her food one time from this location but it was like 2 years ago.

I ordered through UberEats just now and I’m very upset. I opened the packaging and felt that the bowl was super light. It turns out there was barely any rice or meat on there. The cilantro and rice mixed with the Barbacoa was also a lot more sour than usual. I’ve been looking forward to the order and I spent money on it so this is very disappointing . I’ve worked in the fast food industry before so I know how exhausting it can get but this is not the way to deliver customer service. I really hope management will do something about these lazy employees. Don’t stay at the job if you hate it. Don’t go ruining other people’s day just because you hate your job.

Today I had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life at this Chipotle.
The female manager working there was extremely rude, condescending, and openly mocking me while I was trying to place my order. She kept interrupting and correcting every single thing I said in a sarcastic tone.
When it came time to pay, things got even worse — I asked for a cup of water, and she smirked and refused to give it to me, acting like she was enjoying humiliating me. Then she tried to charge me extra for sour cream, which is supposed to be free. When I calmly pointed that out, she refused to give me my food and just walked away to help another customer.
I have everything recorded on video. I left the store feeling humiliated, disrespected, and harassed.
This was not just bad service — it was targeted harassment by a manager abusing her position.
I am going to report this incident to Chipotle Corporate and take legal action if necessary.
This employee should be fired immediately before she treats another customer this way.

Please listen to the reviews about the rude manager or whatever she is she has long long hair its a short older lady! She is EXTREMELY rude and the other employees notice how rude she is to the customers but can’t say anything. She slams the food on the bowl when you ask for more (even though we pay extra), she roles her eyes she then hurries you, doesnt let you finish your words!! I literally had to tell her to STOP there is no line!! I Have never had such a horrible experience. I love Chipotle this is closest to my home and im tired of giving this Chipotle another chance. Absolutely horrible experience!

Unfortunately, the service at this branch has really gone downhill over the past few years. Every time I come by (every couple of months), it just seems to get worse. Today was especially disappointing — the server up front looked like she didn’t even want to be there, and her attitude was rude and unpleasant. On top of that, the bathroom was absolutely filthy.

to start off: horrible customer service. never coming to this location again. cashier was so rude, i asked her for forks and she ignored me. soda machine was dirty and and NOTHING was stocked up. they were stocking up while ordering so they left me standing there. there were no forks & ice machine wasn’t working. food smeared in the counter and tables we’re so dirty. yucky

I asked the person making my bowl how much it would be for extra steak…she said a few bucks. At the register I find out she charged me $8 (and refused to refund any of it). Bowl and small chips/queso for $25. I’ll never be back here.

The service it’s terrible staff are slow to serve and they don’t even greet us when we get there the counter where they prepare the food it’s dirty full of ingredients they don’t clean after serve, the rice beans and fajitas are cold, they did the orders wrong and when I told her hey I told you not guac she make faces and just take it out from my burrito and put it back it’s not un safety to do that on health issues? She serve my food with out comments just annoyed, the place it’s dirty just because we like customers pick up our plates after eat if not the place will be worse because you can’t find a clean spot to eat so l decide to get it for to go instead the manager need to train their staff to be polite and work happy they look miserable and they treat us like they feel so dissatisfied
