My favorite BBQ place. When i first ate their over 10yrs ago, the 1st thing I tried was the pork sandwich with Brunswick stew. That Stew sold me instantly. The vinegar sauce to go on the pork is fire. Everything their is good and I’m still coming back for more

Being new to the area, I went to drive thru and they were very busy but customer service was great. Checked my bag before leaving drive thru and items ordered were all there. Got home and counted my huspuppies(just something i normally do) and had only 11 and a black crisp something unknown was there as well. Being that I ordered a dozen, i called restaurant and the manager on duty(Austin) answered. He was very pleasant and respectful and offered to rectify the problem on my next visit and to make sure I ask for him personally. It’s a relief to get good customer service when you’re having a “not so good day.” I will definitely recommend this place for great customer service. Thanks Austin!

Service was quick, effient and friendly. Have made a couple of trips here. I’m disappointed they don’t have ribs, and I’m almost sure the pulled pork is an outside product. The fried chicken may be the best thing available. Hot, fresh, nicely seasoned with shoe string fries is probably the best thing on the menu. I, however will never order the shrimp. It looked as if someone fried the leftover scraps and but them in my container. Very disappointing.

So delicious! First time here!!! After seeing commercials I had to try it. It is on my way home from work. After a 12 hour day I was exhausted. I asked the kind man at the drive through to give me his favorite. He said the tenders. They were delicious! So moist and it came with hushpuppies, potatoes salad, and drink. The lady at the check out in drive through was precious too. It was Friday around 3:00 on August 19, 2022. I wish I remembered their names. Awesome customer service and food. I will most definitely be a regular after work. Please find out who they were. Give them praise for me. Because of them I will be back.

I am telling you that this place is amazing! Awesome costumer service and the BEST chicken tenders we have ever had. Thank you staff (Trever and the other sweet young lady at the window especially) for your kindness, smiles and delicious meals. It was 1:00 on Nov. 22, 2022. Photo attached.
Went back again on the 24th. I can’t help it Great job and I really hope you go to corporate with this. If not.. I will. These employees and the GM need to be recognized for an outstanding job.

Been eating at smithfields for most of my life. I can honestly say the past year it has been getting worse and worse. Got lunch today fries were soggy and cold. Disappointing to watch a good restaurant go down hill so fast.

This Smithfields location was torn down and rebuilt into a very nice restaurant a few years back. I have been to many Smithfields throughout our state. This one is run well. The service and food are always excellent.

The shrimp they had on their menu as if it was regular fried shrimp, do look a lot like popcorn shrimp but it was tasty. The staff is polite and willing to help you with your orders. The wait was not long at all.
