Where do I begin? I guess I truly cant remember 1 single experience where it all went 100% smoothly, without error, or quickly… That’s sad. Today was the final straw, thus the review.
Staffing: every time I go there I see a handful of VERY young ladies (I’d guess barely 18). Which that’s not a problem, but it seems there’s never an authority figure manager or boss present. They always seem chatty and friendly (when they finally actually greet you at the window) but also talkative with coworkers and not really hard working. (Most just standing around)
Wait times excessively LONG experienced EVERY SINGLE VISIT!!! No matter what you order.. whether its 1 blizzard, or 1 meal, or shoot just ordering a water you Will wait a long while. If no one is ahead of you in the drive thru expect to wait minimum 15 minutes for the smallest order. If there’s 1 – 2 cars ahead of you, you are better off going to the store get food, go home and cook it faster than you will receive it at this location. And no matter what time of day it’s like this…. lunch, dinner, or off hours. I just don’t understand it.
Some of the experiences I’ve had there:
Been over charged NUMEROUS times. (My girlfriend has had the same experiences many times)
Wrong items given or missing items.
Bad tasting or not fresh food given to me.
They kept my credit card over night one time, not handing it back to me (but I didnt notice due to the incorrect order I’d received and forgot about it trying to get my order corrected)
The next day when I realized my card was missing. Called their location, asked if someone had found a credit card that was left there.
The young girl acted ridiculous… “uh maybe?” She replied. I asked, “did you or didnt you find my credit card?”
She acted stupid again, saying, “well what does it look like?”
what does it look like?? It’s a black credit card.. with my name on it! She finally handed the phone off to some dude who suspiciously asked if I could describe it… again. Which I did. And finally he said yeah I’ve got it here.
Showed up on my lunch break to pick it up and noticed that dude had it on his desk or counter top just in the open.
Really? So anyone could’ve written down my info off of it. (Havent noticed any fraudulent charges so far thankfully)
Today, I went and got lunch there (early afternoon) to my surprise they actually gave me my CORRECT ORDER! But when I took a sip of my mt dew, it was clear ish (barely yellow at all) and tasted horrible like something was obviously missing from the drink. When the lady finally came back to the window… 5-10 minutes later.. and that’s only after I was waving like an idiot trying to flag one of the standing, talking girls down to open the window. I explained nicely that something wasn’t right with the drink and tasted awful. She looked at me confused and didnt believe me. I said “ok just try it! you will see and look at the color of it!”She backed up weird like almost disgusted looking after I handed the drink back to her. I told her you don’t have to drink out of mine just grab a new cup and put a little bit in there and you will see something isn’t right. She again looked at my cup like it had cooties and stood there with a blank look on her face.
She then asked well do you want a Sierra mist instead?
No, I’d like what I ordered.. a mt dew please.
Finally another girl stepped up to the window and I had to repeat the expalanation all over again about how it was awful tasting, and how she should try it. (She gets a gross look on her face too)… I explain to this appearing ignorant person to grab another cup to put a small bit in and taste it herself, and obviously not drink from the straw I had used already.
Long story short she finally had someone replace the mt dew carton thing. If DQ wasnt 50% of my fast food options I wouldn’t return
