WARNING EAT HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK. They do not clean the drink machines because when I order a pink lemonade it was black mold all in my cup like ashes. Another customer order the same shortly after and his cup also had black mold. It’s they gave us a refund for our orders but the staff didn’t seem surprised or concerned about it especially the manager. It’s a great place to go get your respiratory sister and stomach destroyed for sure.

Sorry but this “hot dog” was horrible ! I don’t know why I ordered it but I did just to see if it was going to be ok. The strip was small between all that bred and nothing in it and it was dry as heck! The peach cobbler biscuit was great though! I hope they take that mess of a hot dog off the menu. There was an employee that was touching food without gloves and none of them weren’t wearing hair nets. We asked to speak to the manager and the one we saw was her so it was pointless to even continue the reporting of it. Employees do as they see.

Literally the dumbest store ! They need to close this location! How yall don’t sell chicken in the mornin? Just sat in drive thru line for 20 minutes for them to tell us they not serving chicken at this hour? That’s I lie ma’am I’ve had a 3 piece breakfast from this location before! Fine will go right up to ChikFilA and give them my money and I guarantee they HAVE CHICKEN! Fire that bald head manager and all them minions in that store immediately!

Mike (mod)and Omarion (cashier)was extremely helpful. Just went by and got my family the family meal 8pc and 12 tenders. They both went above and beyond for me and made sure I had everything I needed and were very attentive to the customers. I will be back.

This is a all time favorite dish. Biscuit covered in gravy then add bacon . It’s been a while since I have had this for breakfast. Even though it’s sold throughout the day. I honestly enjoyed my meal and it was a pleasure to sit down and just enjoy my meal. The crew here is very courteous and helpful in your opinion there. The atmosphere was very pleasant and I appreciate the clean area as I sat down to enjoy my meal. It’s a good place to grab a quick meal and just have a seat to take your time. Enjoying your meal ….Earlier today, this morning I went back here just to grab a Butter Biscuit and Bo Taters . And yes I enjoyed the service from everyone there. Even though I wanted to get it done and just relax. My meal hit the spot. And I can honestly say that you will enjoy a meal from here.

I came on December 11th evening through the drive thru. I was immediately dissatisfied with the quality of my food so I requested to return my food for a refund. Gabrielle, the manager on duty, gave me push back but ultimately stated that she refunded my credit card. It wasn’t until late night that I noticed on the refund receipt that she refunded via cash. The next day I went up and requested to speak back with Gabrielle. She stated that is just how it shows on the receipt but she assured me it would go back to my card and to just wait. Well here we are almost a month and I don’t have my refund. I contacted American Express and disputed the charge through them. I’m not going to accuse Gabrielle of theft (pocketing the money) but if she isn’t aware of her processes she should receive additional training. I wont ever return to this place again.

Ok, so this is my 2nd time ordering from here. The first time the food was so good, I didn’t have nothing left to take pics of. This time I tried their sausage egg and cheese biscuit The first time I had their chicken breakfast biscuit so I ordered another chicken breakfast biscuit to have tomorrow morning I also grabbed and was lucky to get their blueberry biscuits, they look good and I can’t wait to try them tomorrow as well! And of course I had to order me some bo’rounds… I was disappointed that I didn’t get the full serving but they make up for that in taste! This time my order was delivery and whomever packed my bag did an excellent job! The Uber eats app didn’t have the option for flatware and condiments! As you can see from the pics, whoever packed my stuff knew the deal, thank you Bo’Jangles

Service was great but I have to say I am a bit disappointed. Was eating my fries and they were cooked how I asked so of course I was eating them fast. Got to the bottom and boom look what I see. Now I usually don’t even leave reviews often but I feel as though this needs to be shared to raise awareness to the team to practice cleanliness because this should not be the cause.

now don’t get me wrong food delicious every single time BUT and this is a massive butt I don’t know what’s wrong with this location or who needs to be retrained but when I tell you there is not a single time in the day where it doesn’t take less than 30 minutes to get food at a drive-thru… doesn’t matter how many people are in line. doesn’t matter when you come. you’re going to be sitting there for a minute and that’s kind of insane.

I visited the establishment to purchase a steak biscuit and four Bo-Berry biscuits. The cashier informed me that biscuits were currently baking, and I expressed my willingness to wait. During my wait, a different cashier inquired about my order, which I then provided. She proceeded to retrieve the items. While waiting, I overheard a staff member mention serving the Bo-Berry biscuits due to their age and hardness. I am concerned as to why I received these hard, dry biscuits, which were comparable to bricks. I question the efficacy of submitting these reviews, as I anticipate no resolution from Bojangles.
