Arby’s is expensive for fast food, but I usually don’t mind because their quality is generally better than most. I waited twenty minutes from pulling up to being asked to pull over and they would bring my food to me. The employee was polite and kind and I don’t mind waiting for fresh food….but I didn’t receive my fries and my sliders had definitely been sitting for a long time. They were tough and dry. I may as well have spent five more dollars and Sat down some place like Longhorn and eaten a fresh and healthier meal.

The fries looked like they had been sitting around for a while and cold. The sandwich looked like it had been “thrown ” together literally. The meat and cheese was on more of the wrapper than the bun. My wife’s sandwich was cold and thrown together also. WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO PRIDE OF CRAFTSMANSHIP, QUALIT OF FOOD, AND SELF RESPECT! you can’t serve food like that and have any pride in your work!

I stopped coming here a while back because the food is not hot and fresh. They make 2 kinds of fries and they make them ahead by big baskets full. So when you order you never get anything hot or fresh. I prefer my food hot so Arby’s is OFF THE LIST.

The food was better than the running leaders attitude towards customers, spent over 55 dollars to be denied the option to buy or get a small container to feed a kid out of that would throw the big portion all over the place. So with that being said if someone spends over what your getting paid for that hour what is wrong with helping a person out. Instead you insisted I buy another meal to get the container defeating the whole purpose. Customers service is key.

Drive thru was crowded and slow so I went inside only to be very disappointed with the food. Something was just off with my regular half pound roast beef. Hope next time it’s better

Not the best and yet not the worst. But I learned a lesson, and that’s to stick with the roast beef sandwiches and skip the hamburgers and chicken sandwiches!!!

Honestly don’t know which is worse. The McDonald’s McFlurry machine or Arby’s machine. I have been to several stores in different states n all and not 1 has been able to work. Disappointing!!!
