I would leave a zero if I could. I ordered at 9:42am, I saw them at 9:52am (the lady at the front counter)give my order to someone else waiting in front of the drive thru. (they pulled me over to the wait space the official wait space.) So, I go into the restaurant to get my order.. and they didn’t have my. At at 9:54 they started my order ( I had to give them my receipt so they then started fixing it again. (I feel if I wouldn’t have gone in they would have not prepared my order) So at 10:02; I finally had my order. There was no apology given until I turned to walk away. Sorry she gave your order to someone else waiting else. I did recheck the order to make sure was correct and it was. We got 6 biscuits and 3 hash browns) . Then a tiny paper fell out of my hand and the manager says “she threw that paper on the floor.!” & have a blessed day” how crazy! This is the way it always is at this location my order has been messed up every time. This place needs some help!!’

You really can’t go wrong with a Hardee’s breakfast but this location? They’ve mastered the art !
From the moment you pull up, you’re greeted by smiling voices on the intercom who actually listen, repeat your order, and don’t rush you like it’s a speed run. When you get to the window it’s wham, bam, thank you ma’am! efficient without ever feeling cold.
And if they do pull you to the side for a minute? Trust the process. That just means hot, fresh, crispy hash browns are on the way and your sandwich is being made like someone cares. Toasted bread, perfectly packaged, delivered fast enough that your Frisco sandwich doesn’t get soggy. That’s intentional excellence.
Don’t even get me started on the biscuits and gravy… I’ll stop myself.
This isn’t a food critic review…. ✨ but BABY, this Hardee’s loves their customers and it shows. The generosity, the care, the genuinely kind demeanor is why I always find myself stopping by. Service like this is rare, and it deserves the shout-out.
And if a district or general manager, corporate or whomever in hr payroll that cuts the ✅ that happens to be reading this… yes, I’m a real customer. The fact that I order the Frisco Burger with just Swiss cheese probably tells some morning workers exactly who I am.
What really deserves recognition here are the smiling faces behind the counter. Those people deserve raises. Plain and simple. There’s an old rule that never fails: take care of the people who take care of you.
As someone local to this area, I can tell you this isn’t just my opinion. There are plenty of regulars who don’t even live on this side of town but drive over here specifically to eat at this Hardee’s. That doesn’t happen by accident, it happens because the staff is the heartbeat of the operation
Here’s the business truth: when employees are well taken care of, respected, and paid accordingly, turnover disappears, morale stays high, and customers keep coming back. Let the reputation be that this location treats its people so well that no one wants to leave—and watch the doors stay open, the lines stay full, and the numbers take care of themselves.

Only Hardee’s I will go to. Every employee in here is on it. If something isn’t right, which is rare, it is taken care of immediately. We are here at least twice a week. Kudos to all of them

This location is horrible, the food is nasty along with the employees, they will literally make you get out of character, they are rude when taking your order, and they always have you to pull up even on the simplest orders, food is served raw! Went there at 10am. One lady was in line waiting for her order to be taken. 4-5 people were waiting for there orders to be filled. Drive thru backed up. Manager told drive thru employee not to take another order until she gets the orders thru drive thru out. Keep in mind I had already been in there 10 min. Waited another 10 min for someone to take my order. Never happened so I left and went across to KFC. It is Sunday morning. You need more employees there during breakfast. Unacceptable. Poor service all around.

Day shift and night shift is waaaaay different. Morning shift is always pleasant. I get it, it’s usually younger inexperienced people but I mean c’mon. Training opportunities are wide open here. If I order a burger… At least add the meat!!! I got bread with pickles and onions. Not welcome, a thank you, have a good night, nada. Seriously. Y’all gotta do better considering returning customers are your paycheck and bottom line.
