First time dining at Sages West Bay Bistro and it was very nice!! Originally ordered food to go, but we decided to dine in because they had availability on Valentine’s Day. Our server, Tracy, was pleasant to host us!! Service was great, food and drinks had great flavor and served efficiently!! Inside is very quaint with nice lighting. Definitely recommend trying this place out!! Great date night spot!! Glad we chose a mom and pop restaurant for Valentine’s Day dinner!!!

I had the garlic shrimp and mushrooms. It was outstanding true Italian food. Place very clean, bathrooms clean. Truly a nice dineing experience. We came back again today and I had the same and it again was outstanding the garlic in most places overpowers the meal. The chef has the blend of a slight taste of garlic with the mushroom taste and pasta blending in perfectly, I really love this place. And the meatballs are excellent also not overpowering!

Loved this place. Went for the first time and I think we may have found a new spot. The food was delicious and the service was great. One staff member was off for the evening but the service was still excellent. The pepperoni roll is a meal in itself, but definitely get it as an appetizer and share. I ordered chicken Parmesan, they had just run out of eggplant which was my first choice. It happens! The food was still amazing. Looking forward to going back and getting that Eggplant Florentine though. Glad someone reccomended them to us.

Wemt for lunch and it was delicious. I got a salad with chicken. I was surprised how great it was, home made Italian dressing, fresh cheese. It was delicious. Wife got chicken marsala. Looks like noodles were hand pulled, sauce was delicious and mushrooms were great. Bread was fresh as well. Food was perfect! Got the canoli for desert and it did not disappoint!

I’m a nursing student, and our class was planning a graduation lunch for this semester’s graduates. We found an amazing deal here, the best price we could find, and the food was absolutely delicious. Everyone loved it. Patti was incredibly kind and even opened the restaurant 15 minutes early so we could pick up the order in time for our 11:00 lunch. Super accommodating, wonderful food, and very reasonable pricing. We couldn’t be happier and would absolutely recommend them.

What a fantastic little bistro! It seems like a quaint mom-and-pop shop, but it was a bit is a room slow. I’m not sure if it’s because of the time of year or if, like many other businesses lately, it’s just having a slow period. If you’re in the area, it’s worth stopping by. I had the Stromboli, which was excellent. My wife had the eggplant Parmesan and she was very pleased as well. The customer service was great and very friendly.

Nice small comfortable family run Italian Restaurant. The pizza was nicely done NY style. Crust had a golden crisp and toppings were fresh. The tiramisu was excellent, moist and flavorful. If in the area and craving Italian or a pizza, this little place hidden in the strip center is worth a try.
