They messed up my food and I had to wait 20 minutes for my food to be replaced It’s not my fault that they messed up on my order..When I my food was incorrectly made 20 customers orders were already completedbefore well I sat there I watched other people eat their food my sugar kept dropping waiting for my food to be given to me. my blood sugar had dropped to 54 and I thought that I was going to have to have an ambulance call when I finally received my food.I demanded my money back! I WILL NEVER EAT AT THIS MCDONALD’S AGAIN!

Always busy – considering not so easy to pull in and out. Service is good, I normally do Drive Thru, this time I went in. Inside not to clean, employees friendly and there is a play area. Play area was clean.

Apparently if you don’t speak Spanish the manager at this McDonald’s will not attend you despite being right in front of you. She was busy attending her Spanish speaking customers and told me to wait on an employee who wasn’t even behind counter. So I left since I was the only person in line.

Gave us our happy meal without the juice, when asked for it, they said “ok” and continued to work.

Absolutely horrible LOL.
We have a family of 4, so our order is going to be a decent size. After every single thing I ordered (since the first item) the cashier said “anything else” over and over and over. So after ordering about 10 more items and hearing that over and over, I was a bit annoyed.
So I get the shamrock McFlurry, and it’s not even mixed up. The green flavoring was still sitting on the top AND pouring out the side. I had to hold the McFlurry out of my car until the lady just gave me another cup to put under it. Did absolutely nothing to fix the actual McFlurry. So we pull away, check some of the order and the fries were completely cold and soggy. Not even warm at all. So we take it back inside, they make fresh fries, and I pour an obscene amount of salt on all them.
So couldn’t get one thing right I’d have to say.

The worst experience i ever had at walmart McDonald’s ever!! I am not coming back! Especially for the chicken nuggets. No matter how many chicken nuggets you get, it only comes with 1 FREE sauce. If you want any extra, you must pay an EXTRA .25 CENTS! I will not be ordering from here again!! They are all rude, i even donated the round up, and they were not appreciated of that.. like so what?? They didn’t care if you did or not.. it’s not a really a big deal.. i just never got treated this way before.. this is all new to me and I WILL NOT BE BACK ! Especially this location, it was loud and the employees are VERY RUDE!!

I had a terrible experience at this McDonald’s. When I ordered fries, the person at the counter literally handed me a box of fries after eating some himself. Yes, he took fries from my order and ate them before giving it to me. This is completely unhygienic and unprofessional.
I tried to explain the issue, but he did not understand English at all and just ignored me. There was no manager or anyone willing to help, and I felt completely disrespected as a customer.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any food establishment, especially a global brand like McDonald’s. I’m shocked this was allowed to happen.

Beverly the store manager is incompetent. I picking up a door dash, she took care of everyone before me..she is unprofessional. She was also on her cell phone for a good 10 mins while the store was busy. I asked the guy at the front and he told me my order was there it just wasn’t ready I waited for 20 mins and she had the nerve to take my picture. Ms Beverly I am also a consumer and you have no right to treat dashers that way and get annoyed when I challenged you on why the order had to be made after everyone else who walked in after me. UNPROFESSIONAL!!

I order a Large Black Coffee
With 2 cream and 12 packets of sugar.
I received my coffee with 3 creams and 4 sugar packets.
Not what I asked for.
Went back to get 8 more packets of sugar and I spoke in Spanish this time, and asked for 8 more packets of sugar and received 4 more.
I try not to be be too picky but we have to train out employees about quality and satisfaction when the customer ask for simple details.
This MacDonalds will be receiving only 3 stars today hopefully they will do better.
