I usually don’t write negative reviews, but my experience here was unacceptable. Extremely rude disgusting behavior from one of the male employees. His attitude was unprofessional and completely uncalled for. Management really needs to address the way their staff talks to customers. Hire better staff or train the ones you have on basic manners. Won’t be coming back a second time

This store has repeatedly got my order wrong over 5+ times and I have been given no compensation back. It is a complete mess and a waste of money, go to another location because this store will just mess up your order yet you still end up paying for the incorrect items.

I’m really disappointed with my repeated experiences at Saladworks. I’ve had my order made incorrectly multiple times now, whether it’s missing ingredients, wrong toppings, or completely different items than what I selected. It’s frustrating, especially when you’re paying premium prices for a “custom” salad experience.

What’s even more disappointing is that there has been little to no accountability. No meaningful apology and no effort to offer compensation or make things right after repeated mistakes. Mistakes happen, but when it becomes a pattern and there’s no customer service recovery, it really makes you question whether they value their customers.

I used to enjoy coming here, but after several incorrect orders and no resolution, I’m honestly reconsidering returning.

Whatever you do, do not use this saladworks location it is a scam at this point…

Placed an online order for pickup. When we got it home, three major ingredients were missing, leaving me with a pile of chicken and goat cheese on kale. The online ordering system through saladworks’ website instructs you to contact the store with questions or problems. There is no mechanism for initiating a refund. Upon calling the store, I was told strawberries are not available because they aren’t in season (neither are apples, but they have those, and strawberries are in stock in the grocery store a few doors down). They admitted to forgetting one ingredient, but they were also out of spring mix.

When I asked why they did not call to inform us or ask for substitutions, the GM repeated the claim about in-season berries and told me to use the website. Again, this is all the website offers by way of customer service. They refused to initiate a refund by phone, leaving no means of recompense.

The quality of this store has declined significantly over the last few years, and it’s take customer service with it.

Unless you plan on donating your money to this saladworks location, go in-person if you can. Better yet, go elsewhere.

Worst customer service ever! I ordered delivery and they forgot part of my order. So I opted to have it re-delivered. When I called to talk To someone at the store, a woman answered and said that she was the one who made my order and forgot part of it in the walk-in cooler. She offered no apologies and asked if I could have someone pick it up. I explained to her that I was going to have it re-delivered, and she got all offended and literally hung up on me. I immediately canceled my order as I do not trust this woman to remake my order. What a hot mess.

Wish I could give this no stars! I get the Sophie salad all the time but not from this location. My apples tasted like mildew and the chicken was bad too very sour. I called thinking they would let me bring it back and I get fresh food or something else. The girl who answered the phone said “I just put that salad together so I know it’s not bad”. I am a chef/caterer and I would never serve anyone rotten food and if for some reason that did happen I would be trying to fix it for them. Especially for supporting me and dealing with that horrible situation. I can get sick from eating this crap but I will never go to this location ever again! I suggest no one should. Plus she was rude about it!

This 1 star is dedicated to the branch management. Not the staff. They installed kiosks that are poorly designed and reduced staff from 3 to 1. Now? It’s empty when I go in there and I get pissed off trying to use the kioskz. And I’m a tipper but when you cut your staff by 70% and make me order on a kiosk when it’s just me and one employee in the store?? It takes from the employees and the guests experiences. Perfect example of big business poorly integrating technology and forgetting about the human experience. I hate to give them business now

Ingredients are decent but not a lot of exciting ways to tie them together, little underwhelming, very expensive for the amount and quality of food you’re getting. It’s fine I guess.
