I liked the place. Big open indoors and outdoor locations for drinking, both kid and dog friendly.
However, be aware that none of the beers in the case are sold as singles and there’s a god-awful ridiculous $10 corkage fee. I’ve been in a lot of tap rooms in a lot of places and I’ve never seen anyone charge $10 for a corkage fee.

Located in Seattle’s best-kept secret neighborhood, the Broadview Tap House is a community gathering space with convenient access to the largest and freshest variety of craft beer. Regulars appreciate the good beers on tap and the decent food truck offerings. It’s family and dog friendly, which is always a bonus for me so I can bring my huge pup. With lots of patio seating and friendly staff, it’s a great place to unwind and enjoy a drink. The bar offers draft beers, ciders, and non-alcoholic choices, they even have root beer. They had remodeled the inside since the last time I was there, and it was great with lots of seating so if it’s not a nice day enjoy the space inside. If you’re looking for a relaxed spot to enjoy good beer and a family-friendly atmosphere, give the Broadview Tap House a try!

One of our favorite places in the world. This is like a community center and taphouse all in one. The rotating taps are always fresh and new, the variety of rotating food trucks are fun to try and easy for dinner, and the family friendly feel means we are always in good company. We love our local spot!

I have lived in this neighborhood forever! I was so excited when the tap house opened and have been going ever since. I have been disappointed lately because parents are letting their children run wild, destroy games, run into people, and be disrespectful! It is a place for everyone in the neighborhood to enjoy! Please help kids who are still learning how to have fun in a respectful way! Parent your kids please! Thank you!

This is what this area has been waiting for. A place to go and have a good beer in walking distance. They have a real good beer selection and food that is ever changing depending on what food truck is there. This place is kid and dog friendly, which can make for an interesting combination. They do have a deck for when the weather is good. For me this is a good place to hang out in after work.

really great tap list! trivia every monday, overall spectacular neighborhood spot. however, please beware of screaming children outside. we were here yesterday and for whatever reason there was a family who just did not care that their two little boys were screaming their lungs out consistently outside. we didn’t want to listen to this, it was giving my boyfriend a headache so we went inside and listened to trivia until the family left. it was pretty bad.

Great place for a quick in and out beer during a pandemic. Heated patio seating. Support local businesses! Always a great selection of bottles and cans too. Update: They have doubled their size, the indoor kids area is back, and the taphouse is better than ever!
