Legitimate thai place with traditional dishes. My favorites are chive dumpling, khor moo young, tum thai (papaya salad), kao krapad gai (ground chicken basil sana the bell pepper). All very tasty and satisfying.

Our meal was quite affordable but felt like a watered-down version of Thai food. All the flavors were there but severely lacked intensity. Every dish needed more salt, heat, and acid. The food ended up tasting vaguely sweet and bland. Moreover, the nam tok and pad kee mao had none of their signature smokiness. The beef in the namtok was sliced quite thin, tough, and chewy. Overall, I found Chim Thai barely passable but with so many better Thai spots in the city, I probably won’t be back.

Hands down, best Thai in the city. I’ve been getting food from Chim Thai for years, and I am always reccomeding it and others here. Everyone who tries Chim Thai agrees: best Thai in the city. My uncle always asks me to bring him orange chicken. My favorite is the pad see ew and spinach dumplings. So grateful for this neighborhood gem!!

I love this place! It’s really one of the few Thai places where I eat and don’t feel like crap afterwards. Food is consistently delicious and prices are reasonable. I went in one night to order and take home and it was rainy and cold outside. While I sat and waited the nice man at the front brought me out some tea that warmed me up. It’s was such a kind hospitable gesture. This has been my favorite go to Thai place and I recommend them highly! Thai basil chicken, orange chicken, and the udon are favorites.

We’ve found our new go-to Thai spot finally! We had the Tiger cry beef, beef jerky, Tom Yum Noodle Soup, and Khao Tom Mud for dessert. Everything was spot on and delicious! The interior is cute and cozy, and the service was warm and prompt. Can’t wait to go back and order for takeout! Plus, it’s BYOB
