I work as a doordasher and when I came in to get an order one night the guy working the counter got upset with me before I even said anything all because I walked in before he wanted me to. As a doordasher I don’t know when the food is ready exactly, I just get an order and I go get the food, if I have to wait a few minutes that’s fine, but it’s not fine to basically be told that my mere presence is pissing you off

Second time ordering this same protein bowl with no cheese, extra meat, and Chipotle dressing . Extra green peppers, jalapeño and banana peppers, with lettuce and tomatoes. First time made when two men where working( they did fantastic!!).
Now today when I’m not feeling to good I sent down my husband to pick up the order, and they women there did not get the order correct and omitted the jalapeño peppers all together.
When I called to verify they had not jalapeño peppers and inform them of the mistake, the woman on the phone immediately got hostile and informed me it wasn’t her mistake. Then when I asked if she could comp any of the costs, she informed me she couldn’t do a parcel refund and couldn’t refund the tip I gave.
She said I could bring it back for them to remake, but isn’t that why I ordered it online!! It’s written down so they don’t get it wrong, AND IT COSTS MORE TO ORDER AHEAD!!
Sorry if you work at this store and I try this again, but, I won’t be leaving any tips here!!

This subway has one of the rudest, most abrasive employees I’ve ever dealt with at any establishment, period. I’m not sure of his name, but he is usually working nights. I’m a Dasher, and I walked in at about 10:25 or so one night. I was looking at the order name on my phone, so the worker just assumed I was coming in for a DoorDash order. As soon as I walk in he says something along the lines of “your respective order isn’t ready yet, it’s supposed to be ready at 10:31 and even if I were going faster it wouldn’t be done yet because you came in way too early” in a very haughty tone of voice. I had to come here again tonight just to encounter the same man. A customer was ordering at the counter and as soon as I walk in he yells at me “Never work in food service.” The lady at the counter looked like she felt awkward. He proceeded to talk to her in complete condescension throughout the rest of their interaction. Please hire nicer employees, it can’t be that hard to find someone with more patience than this particular worker.

I had food from here delivered last night, when you put your order as delivery it gives you a doordash driver or some sort to deliver it. As everyone can see the website says 24 hours. It was 11:30pm when i ordered the food and my driver didnt get there till 11:50ish. At 12:20 my doordash driver called me and said one of the employees got mad because “i ordered at the last minute”. Again it says 24hours on the website and on their app when you go to look up the nearest one thats open. He than told my doordash driver to cancel my order through his end because he did through his end because he didnt wanna make half of a sandwich out of the 3. So he told the dasher to cancel it and that he can just have my food. I spent $73 all together to get the food and get it delivered. My doordasher was very kind enough to bring me what sandwiches were made. Which makes me come down to that. I got the two sandwiches out of the 3 and both sandwiches were completely wrong. When i called the store i got some good attitude from one of employees named chris. Very rude very cocky and no sort of apology. Still unsure if im gonna even get my money back from it so thanks subway for basically robbing me.

I WILL NEVER EAT FOOD FROM HERE EVER AGAIN!!! I draw the line when there’s hair in my freaking food. AND THE WORST PART… this bite was already in my mouth. I spit that bite out and look closer, naw bro. Long dark hair inside my sub! You can take your chances if you want too, that’s on you. But Subway in Port Orchard, WA off of Sedgwick & Sidney… you will never get my business again.

I’ve been here twice and both times the same 2 employees (the guy with the ponytail and a woman) were yelling at each other. Real awkward situation. The ponytail guy making my sandwich was very difficult and passive aggressive towards me too – kept cutting me off after asking me what I wanted on my sandwich only to have to ask me again. Real weird situation. Food wasn’t very good either. Go elsewhere.

Bring back the big tall guy (think his name was Dennis). Service has been trash and employees are incredibly rude…. This place has gone down hill! I live a couple of blocks away and this used to be my go-to spot for my meatball subs… I’m tired of the rude service and the only times the subs turned out good was when Dennis made them:(

I was turned away this morning (around 4:15am) 7/25/25 even though this subway is 24 hours by the lady working graveyard at subway, she is the worst. The lady (Mary? Marcy?) that works at night is EXTREMELY passive aggressive. I am a regular and she grunts and complains out loud ANYTIME us customers walk in. Its rude! We get it, you want to get your “work done” but You do NOT need to direct that energy to the paying customer. this is extremely unprofessional, GET A DIFFERENT JOB! I AM SICK OF FF workers that are RUDE. .
This is EVERY-TIME I come TO subway after 11pm. This lady makes it VERY evident that she hates every customer that walks in and bothers her! And now, this morning: she turned me AWAY even though they are a 24 hour establishment!
Y’all are 24 hours! Stop Using Stupid excuses to turn us away. Why are you turning customers away? If you can not handle making sandwiches then why are you working at subway? I have been working on nights for 4-5 months and this is the only establishment that is open 24 hours and I go to this subway when I can’t pack a lunch with me. I didn’t get to eat on my lunch break because this lady turned me away!
I do want to mention that there are still a few good employee that work at this Subway and I do not want them to go without recognition. The ONLY reasons I keep coming back to this subway IS because it is 24 hours (please keep it like this) and for the new guy working named Dennis (bigger tall guy). He is a star – very respectful and professional, even when busy, he is patient and has a GREAT attitude! Dennis and the other guy (don’t know his name) both work on nights are they both are very attentive and it is much appreciated! They deserve a raise, bonus, promotion and recognition.

Used the app to order when in a rush, order was ready on time which was great but come to find out I paid $9.89 for a footlong veggie amongst other subs only to receive a 6in sandwich instead. Makes me regret the tip I left and not worth the gas for me to drive 35 minutes to get a refund or fix on this. I seem to only ever get good online order experiences from the Key Center Location. Between calling if there are questions, maintaining great service in store even when busy and timely finished orders, I will start making them my go to Subway and stop wasting my money at other locations.

I went into Subway yesterday and I was the only customer, one of the workers (Charlie) was in front of the counter restocking the chips, I joked about being first in line. He said nothing like I wasn’t even there and he continued with the chips after a few minutes I asked if I could get a sandwich, no response? I asked again several times still no response from Charlie then someone came out of the back and began to help me. I actually asked the new employee if Charlie could hear, I thought maybe he’s deaf. No he is not deaf. I was then asked what type of vegetables I wanted on the sandwich but I couldn’t even get past Charlie to see the veggies, I asked Charlie if I could get by him to finish my sandwich order he did not respond or even look at me, I asked him again several times with no response. I then started to get angry and moved his cart myself to get by him. He was by far the most rude and unfriendly person I’ve ever encountered at any restaurant. I then listened as Charlie helped the next customer, same unhappy and rude Charlie. He obviously doesn’t like his job or people maybe he should find a nother line of work? I will not be going back to this subway location.
