Went here years ago, and the burgers were fresh made and great. This time we had a cheeseburger. It was not fresh made. You could it was a pre packaged burger. It was not good. Atmosphere was fun and beach like. There was a band. It was super packed so it took quite a while to get served. Taking all that into account, I will go back sometime and try something else.

Sarurday early evening, Great views, we sat on deck. Seems like only the 2 bartenders were working the bar and tables, we didn’t have to wait for anything. Even time for friendly conversation. Cameron was great. Had peel and eat, fresh.. crab cakes cooked just right.. Grouper sandwich was the highlight, perfect seasoning, large portion, cooked exactly how it should be, tenderish inside,with a slight crisp on thin edges.. Can’t wait to go back.

Actually we were on the boat for a cruise around the lake. That was pretty cool. Really nice cruise around the lake lots of stuff to look at as well.

Eat out over the water. Grilled buffalo wings, BBQ sandwiches were good, the hotdogs taste was not the best. Feed the big carp below. Drink some cold Corona and watch the boats go by.

Portside is awesome! We went 4 times over 2 days. Beer is cold & the food is hot. Everyone loved the wings. Food & service were amazing. Go see Luke, Ryan, & Rachel. They rock!! They had live music but it was a great level & we were still able to have a conversation.

Weekend at SML would not be complete without a visit to Portside.
Beer is cold. Rita’s with a salted rim…and wings are better than anywhere.

Perfect little ” margaritaville” type vibe you would want on this gorgeous lake! Great atmosphere & anything off the grill is to die for! Boiled peel & eat shrimp are on point as well! If you’re on the lake and it’s beautiful outside, this is where you want to be!
