Stopped in for lunch and it was good, not great but good. The pork belly fries were to die for. We both ordered Tonkotsu bowls which was just basic for us and not a lot of flavor. $63 for 2 people.

Was craving some good comforting ramen. This ramen was delicious. Got the curry flavor with chicken. The cabbage didn’t work for me. It wasn’t tender enough for the delicate ramen. It would be better with more baby bok choy, and some green onions. Also, the egg didn’t add much. In fact, I wish they had a create your own bowl option. I added extra lime and some spicy chili garlic oil. The leftovers the next day were top notch. I think the plan moving forward is to buy in advance of the day I want to eat it. Add a little extra seasonings and enjoy the next day.
Also tried the kaarage wings, which were ok but not as crispy as I would like.
Pricing was OK, as was customer service. Room for more attentiveness, especially since there were only a few customers in the restaurant at the time.

This place is very hip if your into that sort of thing. Anime playing on the TV and tame impala on the radio.
The service was good, we sat at the bar and I didnt feel pushed to get a drink.
The ramen was delicious. Very flavorful and the noodles were perfect. The portion size was good . I had leftovers.
Ramen is pricey at most joints but this place had the lowest priced tonkatsu in Raleigh. At the time of this post anyway.

We really enjoyed Miso Ramen Bar! Our waiter allowed us to sample their 2 most popular broths before we chose our meal. Everything was delicious and it was a great portion size.

Been looking for a good ramen place since Tonbo closed and this place really hits the spot! The chili garlic mazemen has just enough spice without being overbearing. I added an egg and corn to mine and it was fantastic! I’ll definitely be returning here!

The very best Ramen in North Carolina! We enjoyed both the chicken curry ramen and the traditional Tonkatsu ramen this weekend. They also have a great selection of speciality cocktails if you are in the mood for that. Customer service was excellent! I unfortunatel left an item behind in the restaurant and called them to today to see if they had found it. They did and the management agreed to mail it back to me since I live out of town. Thank you, so much! We will be back for sure!

Wow! All the food we had was more than great. We had a rice bowl, ramen bowl, chicken wings, beef skewrs, and pork belly sandwiches…and the price was fair for the quality and quantity. Will be back even though we live 1 hour away. They have great crisp beers on tap too!

Would give more stars if I could! The food, service and atmosphere were amazing. Joe, Kiyanni, Ridley and Raji were incredibly hospitable and took excellent care of us – providing outstanding and prompt service and making us feel like family. We ordered Kaarage wings (seriously the best wings we’ve ever had), Pork Belly Buns, Chicken Curry Ramen and a Chicken Rice Bowl. Everything was plated beautifully and tasted even better – so flavorful and freeh. We will absolutely be going back soon and can’t wait to try more of the menu! Truly the nicest staff and the yummiest food – don’t skip on Miso Ramen!

Easily the best ramen I’ve had in Raleigh. Very close to the Kizuki Ramen & Izakaya I would get in Seattle. Rich flavorful broth. Very generous with the noodles and surprisingly generous with the pork. And the pork is amazing. Maybe the best I’ve had in this style. The karaage style chicken wings are great! I do wish they would go the extra mile and make the karaage with boneless chicken thighs. And the only other note I have would be to switch out for some chop sticks with a little texture to make it easier to stuff the delicious food in my mouth. Everything was good here. The service was friendly and attentive. It’s a cute shop in an adorable strip mall. I will be back.

Pamela with Offline – The wait wasn’t bad at all. The food was sooooo good we tried several things like the edamame and bao and chicken rice bowl and the ramen tonkustsu level 2 spice was perfect. The selection of beers were great. The service was excellent. It’s a buzzy place and some real good ramen you can tell that’s not prepackaged and that made my soul happy.
