Visiting the area and I think we found the best Asian restaurant in DC. We tried a little bit of everything and it all hit.
Ramen was some of the best I’ve ever had. Great pork taste and a ton of fresh ingredients. The soup dumplings literally bursting with flavor. Crab rangoons were the best I’ve ever had.

Cannot recommend this place enough. We had a professional group happy hour here tonight and sat at the bar. The happy hour is the best deal in the entire DMV. The food was excellent for the price. My favorite was the salt and pepper squid. It was really flavorful.
Really need to shout out our server. We were a group of 12+ people and she remembered exactly what everyone ordered to give us correct separate checks and even remembered who left their card behind when she ran after us outside.
All the staff we interacted with were super nice.
Please go show them some love as it wasn’t that crowded when we were there but they definitely deserve the business!!

This was some absolutely delicious food. From the fried chili oil wontons to the shrimp and broccolin, every bite seemed to get better and better. Also some of the best beef lo main I’ve eaten. Fried rice was honestly just okay. My husband ordered a drink and while we were surprised by the price he said it was a very well made drink. We’d definitely go back if we were in the area again. The reviews I looked at before we went did not lie about the quality and service.

Best asian restaurant in Dc Chinatown!!!
I’m very surprised they have happy hour Monday to Friday ALL DAY, 50%OFF all appetizer and $8 cocktail.
I had a order Buckwheat noodle green bowl, great value for the quality and portion size! The bowls are packed with protein and fresh vegetables, and everything is cooked perfectly. You really get a lot for the price, which is hard to find these days.
The staff was friendly, patient, and efficient, making the whole experience smooth and pleasant. The food came out quickly and was beautifully plated, showing real attention to detail.
Delicious, filling, affordable, and great service — this place checks all the boxes. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a satisfying meal with excellent value. Will definitely be coming back!

I was so disappointed with the food and experience at Chillis Bistro. After a long day just wanted to sit down with my friends abd have a good meal. Joy the waitress acted like she did not want to be their. Everytime we asked about a food item, ingredients etc. She could not respond. Didn’t know the menu or hadn’t tried the food. She only had one item on the whole menu according to her. No customer service skills. Took our order and left things off. Wait time was so long. She had a bigger party than us 4 so she gave us less than minimum. About 40 minutes later we got our food and it was awful. Short ribs had no flavor. Kungpao was not sweet, sauces with heat, and the chicken bites were hard and looked like an albino chicken..I told her I didnt want the food. Her manager can over and said that their policy is that you can not return the food and get your money back. I told her I was jot paying for something I didnt eat. It was a back and forth.if the Joy would have checked on us she would have known. Not come at tge end to see if we were ready for the check. Long story short. Not a good experience

Anaya was the best servicer. We started off with the kimchi and the spicy chili oil wontons! Wonderful recommendation! Then we proceeded with the spicy soup dumplings, not featured. They were excellent and I would get them again. Last week we did one special role of softshell crab and three regular rolls! Was our first time here and will absolutely be coming back.

Such a nice place right at the start of china town. The sushi is so fresh, recommend the salmon roll, salmon avocado and tuna avocado. The crispy tuna rice was so yummy. Miso soup always hits the spot, the chicken teriyaki was also yummy. The prices are so good for happy hour. Perfect lunch spot!

The missing star is for the service. Rather disappointing that our server didn’t know the menu. I asked simple questions like, “what comes with it?” Also never filed my drink until it had been empty for a bit and I had to ask for it. The food was delicious. Beef and broccoli, beef fried rice, cucumber salad and pork soup dumplings were on point. We paid in cash and they gave me the wrong change twice. Once they shorted themselves like $60 the next time they shorted me $10. The manager was on point and very service oriented. I’m suspecting it’s new people working there?? Either way, it’s a place I’d go back to and try other dishes, hopefully to get another server.

Great quick meal at Chili Bistro. Very large selection that took me a minute to settle in on what I wanted. Ended up with the sushi lunch meal that the sushi was so fresh it made me melt. Mixed the spicy and regular soup dumplings which was also very good. Staff was attentive and place was large and accommodating. Near convention center.
