10/15/25 ordered online, specifically stated “light cheese” we get home and the pizza has what appears to be triple cheese, the plain wings were not cooked through. I called this store 6 times and finally the female manager on duty this night answered but left me on hold for 17 minutes. I called again, no answer. I contacted the manager on Sterlington Rd, she told me she was getting ready to send a text message to the store. Then the manager at Rowland road answered and claimed to be super busy. That’s no excuse! When I told her about this order she had the nastiest and most distasteful attitude ever. I tried to get a refund and bring the food back she refused, only wanted to credit the account which we said no! The pizza had so much cheese on it that the dough was still uncooked! We’ve complained about this store before but the gentleman who runs this place does not care, he doesn’t ever respond or try to make matters right. This is our final straw here!

This location is always a great place to pickup some really good pizza. The folks are always nice and helpful and speedy, which is saying a lot since apparently their ac unit is out making it hard to want to be nice and they still were so …so better owners!

Definitely was NOT very happy about my Domino’s delivery tonight.. I myself ordered the Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich and an order of their “NEW” Loaded Tater Tots…Well I’m just gonna throw my photos of my food right out there for everyone to view…my Tater Tots were Burnt to say the least..Definitely was NOT very appeasing to my sight when I opened them up.. I was expecting way more and better quality than this disaster.. Then there was my sandwich.. a very very Small..and when I say Small I mean S.M.A.L.L. portion of meat with a lot of vegetables and cheese as if they were trying to compensate for the lack of meat… Haven’t eaten at Domino’s in years because of past issues.. I guess they still have not upped their game and appease to the customers..I guess these so called fast food restaurants are gonna go down with our lazy children.. there is NO real value for any fast food restaurant these days because they all want to cut corners…Hey Dominos.. you want to really gain customers …Better your product (cooking and appease) and better your toppings…So sad I have to leave yet another fast food restaurant with a low rating and poor review

I had to repeat my order several times. It was like he heard me but not really. Super quiet, you could’ve heard a pen drop in there. I worked at Domino’s years ago and we had fun while we worked. Even after repeating the order, I still had to ask again for my dipping sauces when I got my order

Worst Domino’s in the world. Got cussed by the employees over a bad pizza. Im vegetarian and the pizza had extra pepperion. I had to leave my house to come and make them try to replace my pizza. They never replaced like other shifts do and left out telling them to enjoy. Never again will I order from them.

Two days ago on Wednesday I had ordered 2 boxes of dominos pizza through the app and went to pick it up, went home and ate it until I realized on the last box… The pizza dough was still not even COOKED. So my dad came to them after 2 days and they threatened to call the cops on him and said that he had ordered it 4 days ago which wasn’t true at all. We always order dominos from this place but ever since this happened, they just lost our trust and all they had to do was just make a new one. Please don’t ever order from this place!!!!

Today, 11/19, I placed an order and then, not two minutes later, I called three times to cancel (I paid online). There was NO ANSWER!! So, I just went there to get my order that I didn’t even need. When the guy came to the window, I asked why the app wasn’t letting me redeem my pizza. He said he would ask the manager. Ten seconds later, he said the manager said she didn’t have anything to do with the app. So, I asked him to ask her why the phones weren’t being answered. I didn’t need the order. Do you think she came to the window? NO!! What a SORRY EXCUSE OF A MANAGER!!

I order from this location often. My food is always correct and prepared in a timely manner. The staff is always courteous and professional with me, which has got to be tough for them at times because it gets insanely busy there during peak times of the day.
