Don’t let a bad Door Dasher bring you down- The Pizza here is good, however, someone needs to educate the Door Dash drivers so they don’t walk around holding a pizza box like a brief case. Pizza arrived in terrible condition and slices stacked on top of each other had to be peeled apart.

Haven’t had a pizza from Marco’s in years. A friend told me about their new location in Oak Ridge road, so I decided to give it a shot. Boy, was I surprised. I ordered both their new Buffalo Chicken and Philly Cheese Steak pizzas. All I can say is WOW! The Philly Chee steak pizza was absolutely PHENOMENAL! Every single ingredient is delicious and the cheese sauce is amazing. I highly recommend this pizza, you won’t be disappointed. The Buffalo Chicken Pizza was really good as well, but in my opinion, it needs more chicken and sauce. I will definitely order this two pizzas again, and heck, I might get another one just to try it.

If I could leave a NEGATIVE -1,000,000 stars I would on this store they’re horrible. The service is horrible. The management is horrible. We have tried to order Delivery multiple times and I don’t know why we think it will be different the next time but it is always horrible. They are very rude when we call to tell them they did not deliver our Order( when it notifies us it has been delivered and has not) and then they proceed to tell us it’s not their business. It’s DoorDash and that is ridiculous. Whoever the lady is that managers this place. I don’t understand how she still works there. I hope This location gets shut down or cleans house and starts fresh with new workers who actually understand what customer service is. And because of this location and the feedback I never received prior to a Survey when I reached out to corporate about how horrible my experience was here I no longer want to buy Marco’s pizza.

Worst experience ever! Contact customer service never heard back from anyone. On Wednesday August 13th I called at 5:47 to order from this location and was very surprised by the experience. I wanted to use a mailed in coupon and after waiting on hold I was told I could not place the order over the phone just online. I wasn’t given any other offers or suggestions it just felt like the employee was overwhelmed and didn’t want to provide service. I proceeded to order online and after attempting 6 times I thought it was my phone so I sent the money to my friend and he ordered for me.
You think it ended there but no. The door dash delivery driver couldn’t figure out how to get in my complex even after I left the gate code instructions on the app. 2 hours later at 7:45 I received a cold pizza and cheese bread. But the kicker was my banks fraud department locked my card due to being charged twice from this location. What I find confusing is how did I get charged twice if the 6 attempts I made previously never went through.
I definitely will not be ordering from this location ever again and hopefully I get a call from corporate but I will not be holding my breath.

There is a gentleman that works there. That’s very nice, always very respectful. It’s a pleasant experience shopping here. He always answers the phone. The food from this place is outstanding. I’ve never had a bad experience.
