The workers are very nice respectful hard working . But the lady manager kinda of stingy when it comes to ketchup lol . For both of us they only gave me 3 packets , I was like I need more ketchup, we have fries too . Then she gave me 2 more ketchup! I didn’t know if I should laugh or cry lol

Food, Service, and Atmosphere were 5 stars. However, I gave one star because two individuals were responsible for the delivery of my failed dessert treat.
Keep in mind that the two guys at the counter were nice and courteous. The issue was that the Blizzard was only cold enough to be held upside down quickly, but not more than 5 minutes later, it was super soft and became runny.
By the time I reached the Grant’s Bull display on I-15S, it was pure liquid. Worse is the fact I had to keep wiping it down because the cups had these mChine created tears where ice cream was seeping through. I didn’t notice until I got on the freeway and then pulled over to get a terrycloth towel to wipe it and use the towel in the cup holder.
The personnel just need to pay more attention, and someone definitely needs to turn down the temperature on the ice cream dispenser.
Ordered the spicy chicken sandwich at Dairy Queen… forgot to check the box for “no hair included.” ♂️ My wife took one bite, found a long black hair, and immediately lost her appetite. Talk about “Finger Lickin’—nope, wrong chain.”
I brought the hairy surprise back, only to be told they couldn’t refund me because there was no manager on duty. So apparently my $8.49 is now a donation to the “Mystery Hair Fund.”
And on top of that—you wanted to charge me .49 cents for honey mustard with my fries that I had already asked for. Hair in the sandwich + nickel-and-diming for sauce = chef’s kiss of disappointment.
Dairy Queen, do better. It’s really not that hard: chicken, bun, maybe some spice. Leave the hair out of the recipe, and the extra charges off the bill. Order #85. 9/20/2025
