NO MANAGEMENT ONSITE AND UNWILLING TO PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They will not give the name or the number of a manager or owner. WHEN YOU CALL THE NUMBER YOU GET A FOREIGN PERSON THAT YOU CANT UNDERSTAND!! App says pizza is ready and when you arrive at the store to pickup everyone acts like they have no clue where the order went. Had to recreate the order, but can’t even pull it up to see what it was supposed to be. This is no way to run a business!!!! These teenage kids have no clue what customer service is.

Breadsticks were way too undercooked and were had uncooked dough in the middle, the pizza was thin with lots of sauce and super greasy, the workers tried to give us the wrong items and they forgot the 2 liter. Also we’re a little rude.

While picking up pizza at this place a young lady greeted us when we walked in the door even though she was also helping other customers in line. We were 3rd in line and it moved smoothly in and out in 5 mins or so. Small talked with her for a quick minute think her name was Sabrina and mentioned she was the new manager at this location. Same young lady wished us well on the way out the door. Very friendly and always nice to encounter good attitudes. Pizza was cooked to satisfaction not over or under cooked. Store appeared clean and organized.

I usually don’t tip in stores but after receiving the best pizza in my life I had to. It looked like a pizza they pulled put of the commercial. I got the six cheese pizza with stuffed crust that I call the Seven cheese pizza. they made it to protection. Taste was fantastic.

I ordered a pizza at 4:43 pm. It didn’t arrive at my house until well after 6pm. Not only was it late, it was wrong and cold. When called the store to inform the manager. The manager refused to give name for the complaint, and said if there’s an issue to call corporate.

Love the pizza but hate the corporate customer service model. If you call the local number you get an outside call center. The call center never offers the specials that are online and in my experiece are more likely to get my order wrong. So I pay more and never feel secure about my order. Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered one pizza for delivery at 2:08PM and was told to expect delivery in 28-38 minutes. 45 minutes goes by and still no pizza so I call, immediately get put on hold. I sit there for 10 minutes and never get picked up. So I drive up to the store while remaining on hold. Get to the store and the employee working the register is sitting on the curb smoking obviously ignoring the phones and when confronted says “the phone doesn’t work” if it didn’t work it wouldn’t ring. So I left with my pizza (stone cold at this point) without receiving any compensation. John would be upset if he knew how his company was being ran nowadays.
