My experience here was terrible Food is OK, and most servers are nice. there is 1 woman that has an attitude everytime her name is jolet she is very rude and miserable all the time she pick and choose who to be rude too for no reason if you don’t give her a tip she will get your order incorrect and blame you saying that’s what you order I will not eat from this place ever again .we should not be treated this way for spending our money here very bad experience

I love this place of business. The people are very respectful and friendly. This one of the 1st gas station foods that is so delicious and them breakfast biscuits you have to try. Food is OK, and most servers are nice. However there is 1 woman that has an attitude everytime I go to the grill (not the store, those ladys are sweet). Today I walked up behind another man who went to the counter to read the specials and look in the window at the ready food deciding what he wanted. There was 5 people behind the counter so I walked up beside the man ahead of me as he was looking, to the other half of the counter to look at the menu, and 1 of the 5 grabbed the book to take my order. The man beside me was asking a different person of the 5 questions, and I assumed they wld also take his order. So i began to tell the guy in front of me what I wanted. The rude woman said something and the guy taking my order seemed confused. I just asked what and the woman said I need to wait my turn I fronted that man and he was there first extremely hateful like I was being rude and ignorant. I was not and that was never my intention. Most grills that have 5 people standing there waiting on someone to come in and place an order can do multiple orders simultaneously. If I had known that they can only handle 1 person at a time and 1 order at a time I could have waited. She very easily without being rude could have said they have that limited capability. I told him to just cancel my order and all of yall please take care of this man and appoligized to the man telling him i didnt realize i was fronting. I swear ive been there before and 2 orders were being taken simultaneously but maybe im wrong. I’m only in the area for work and have limited time to wait. It takes longer than most places for them to prepare the food once it’s ordered, I just wanted to place my order prior to going to the restroom and shopping in the store. I was never rude, never tried to front anyone, and I would not have cared if they waited to make my little cheeseburger until after the other man decided and ordered and they prepared his, but after the way this woman just acted towards me, I will never go back and I easily spend 200 in the store there on weeks I’m working in the area. I don’t know how you can keep employees in the grill if she treats them the same way she does customers. I’m assuming that’s why there are always now hiring signs up.

Dont order food from here. Place is not clean and food is not cooked all the way. The lady checked my ticket and checked the food then handed it to me. I left and returned to work. When I got to work I realized my order was wrong but didn’t have time to take it back. The next time I went to the store the lady told me I was band from there because I didn’t return the food she got wrong.

The servers though, not sure how their income is, if they’re working for tips they should be in better moods. I feel bad for them if they depend on the tips. Because it’s not a gift, it’s for people to earn.
