I ordered an Asian salad on the app, picked up in the drive thru. My food was ready upon arrival. The salad had a good amount of chicken that was tasty and moist. They provided my salad dressings so I could add them later. The little egg roll was hot and a nice touch. Flavors blended well.

Got a Fried Chicken Philly Meal from the drive-thru it was honestly… okay, at best. The sandwich was thrown together a little haphazardly it appears, but that’s fine really – just a little messy. Could’ve definitely used a bit more cheese. The chicken was dry and seemed a little old. I got extra seasoning on my fries and they were alright. However, the person with me got normal seasoning and theirs were pretty bland. Zaxbys isn’t exactly the cheapest place fast food wise, I feel as though there are a lot better options out there for the money you’d pay here.

I ordered a wings and things for pickup. Overall the experience wasn’t omg bad they did fix one issue with my order but I was super disappointed when I got home. The fries and chicken tenders were amazing but the wings were so dry or overcooked Idk but biting into something and it was crunchy and dry……I was craving their wings so bad too…. It was a birthday meal for myself….

Decided to give Zaxbys a try for dinner tonight, didn’t want to get in Fun Fest mess. Currently on a calorie deficit so it’s hard to order fast food that can accommodate these dietary restrictions. I decided to order a Grilled Chicken Sandwich Meal. I received my order opened my box excited to eat. I was disappointed to open the box and find my bun flipped upside down, pickles, tomatoes, and ranch scattered all the box. The bun was soggy and it was extremely messy. I would maybe expect this kind of thing if I ordered online and had my food delivered. Don’t get me wrong the sandwich itself was great, thankful for healthy options like this! The food doesn’t have to be wrapped in a bow but it would be nice and keep customers coming back if the food was prepared with care.

Love this chicken restaurant. Staff is always friendly. Accommodates shared meals, thankfully. It’s difficult for 1 person to eat a whole plate of their food. Even the small plates are more than filling. Thank you all very much!

Ordered a grilled chicken salad suppose to have tomatoes cucumbers cheese fried onion lettuce. When I saw my sale I was shocked all I saw was lettuce and chicken. I took it back and talked to a manager she said we only give 1 oz of each item. I said I don’t see any she said that’s the way they are now. Attached is the pictures they should use for their picture. Theirs is misleading

Fast drive thru service. Fresh chicken. Amazing quality for the price. The food looks and tastes amazing. Friendly staff and honestly if you have a problem with the food they will make it right with a fresh replacement. 10/10 would recommend

I like to go to Zaxby’s. Almost every week my husband and I go there and enjoy their food.
We also went to the Johnson City branch, but we think that Zaxby’s in Kingsport is the best. The atmosphere is very cozy and everything is very nicely furnished.
The only one thing I don’t like is that there is no diaper-changing station in the restroom. My daughter is 1 year old and if suddenly she does her business we have to change the diaper in the car. But everything else is great.
