My wife and I really enjoyed this trip. We don’t get to visit much because we live on the opposite side of town. But every time we have this place is always very clean. Floors spotless, tables wiped down. The chicken was amazing, and the staff were always extremely friendly. Zaxbys is definitely my #1 choice when it comes to chicken, by far!

Did a mobile order said it was going to be ready at 8:12 went at 8:20 walked up to the counter wasn’t at the pick up area the cashier Treated me with disrespect. I don’t understand why he didn’t have to do anything this girl was bagging it up and came around and handed it to me was very professional. There’s also some confusion where people wait to get there’s food after they order they need to address that. I don’t think the waiting area is the cash register

My husband and I each got a chicken sandwich meal. The fries were fine, but the sandwiches were both awful – were bite and both were thrown away. Stale buns(not just toasted, *stale* as in even the outside was hard). Dry, super thin, cold chicken. This Zaxby’s used to be fantastic, but the past few times we’ve been were all the same.

I ordered wings and things. It was so salty. I barely got 1 tender down and the wimpy wings were also salty and the French fries. It was like they poured a box of salt in the food. I ordered a child’s meal as well, it was too salty for a child to consume. The toast and apple juice was satisfactory. I will not order from here again. Sorry, but too salty!
