Six different meals for six different people and all of them delicious! The crisp spring rolls with chicken are a new favorite appetizer. Yum! For the main dish, I took the waitresses recommendation for the ribs XO with wide noodles and found the broth and veggies so tasty with the noodles that the boneless ribs were more of a side-delish than the main squeeze. Honestly, I think it would be hard to make a wrong choice here.

Phat Thai is one of those rare places that truly feels like home. Every time I go, I’m welcomed like family. The chef always makes a point to stop by and say hello, which says so much about the heart behind this restaurant. For the food, to me, It is an interpretation of Asian ingredients and flavors. Some of the common Thai dishes were missing and lacking a lot of key ingredients.
The Phat Thai (Pad Thai), this iteration uses too much paprikas and missing key ingredients.
Our party shared two papaya salads and we had 8 different entrees. We all tasted everyone’s food,
I personally think the food were good, but it is not authentic.

Went here after a long day of snowboarding and driving all the way from Denver before checking in to our hotel.
We were so excited to find a Thai Restaurant in the area we were staying in, but I guess this place has a lot of rooms for improvements.
It was very generous of them to have crispy chips as a complimentary, and it comes with 2 different sauces too.
We ordered bunch of different stuff, we love Thai food !
We ordered laksa, penang curry, Fried chicken, the lamb curry, Thai tea and birch beer.
The lamb curry lacks of flavor and I think it’s too watery for a curry..
I love my laksa, it’s our fave on the table.
Penang curry is ok. They can improve the flavor with more spices and flavor I think..
It’s a great location and easy parking too!

It’s fun when you spend $50 on takeout, so you can eat it on a long drive, but you can’t get any utensils to eat the food. Apparently they were out of utensils. Not ideal for takeout. On the plus side, the food is excellent when you can eat it, and we’ve always had a good experience at the restaurant, which is why we stopped by for the takeout.

We frequently visited the location in Cherry Creek years ago and try to visit this location a few times a year. The was disappointing, not because it was bad, but because it was different. The Thai Fried chicken was not crispy like we have come to love. The other dishes like the Laksa leaned closer to a traditional soup than the Phat Thai version I am accustomed to. The food was good, just not what I expected.

Wish I could rate higher. Walked in at 8:15 for a drink and to-go order. The hostess was nice, and got me started with a water at the bar. Unfortunately, my drink (Summer Smash) was painfully sweet; instant headache after 1 sip. My to-go food was under-portioned (see picture), with minimal rice and veg/substance. Especially if you’re charging me a surprise $3 to-go charge, on top of the $19 curry. There was no follow-up on drink quality. Still tipped your staff for trying, but please do better. Food flavors are great, and I’ve had pleasant experiences here before.

For sure the best Thai food I’ve had in awhile with great protein and veggie choices paired with mouth watering curries. I was looking for Indian or Thai food nearby and this was what popped up so we gave it a go and they did not disappoint. Definitely want to go back to try more!
