Holy freaking awesome tortillas! And their tacos are fantastic. When I go to a taqueria for the first time I order chicken and steak tacos, because if you can’t handle the basics, I’m not going for the rest.
Boy did they nail it! The chicken was tender, juicy and full of flavor! The steak was tender and had a fantastic char/sear on it.
For sure going back for tortillas and a heck of a lot more tacos!

Food was pretty decent, the carnitas are very good.
The tripa taco was a little undercooked. The place needed a little more cleaning. Customer service was good other than that everything was good.

I have been looking for a place to get good salsa verde and corn tortillas for so long that I had almost given up. That’s all I stopped by for today but the food smelled great. The tortillas and salsa are so good, I can’t wait to go back.

Listen… if you haven’t had the quesadillas de cachete from Tortillería y Taquería Ramos, are you even living? I took one bite and immediately considered texting my ex just to tell them I’ve moved on to something better.
The tortillas? Fresh like abuelita just smacked them on the comal five seconds ago. The cachete (beef cheek) is so tender it practically whispered “te amo” with every bite.
I don’t even remember the rest of my order because those quesadillas stole the show, my heart, and possibly my cholesterol levels — worth it.
Friendly folks, fast service, and food that’ll make you do a happy dance in the parking lot. This place is a hidden gem that needs to be shouted from the rooftops (preferably with a mouth full of queso).
10/10 would risk my diet again.
