Lobby was closed, no line in drive thru to order or pickup. placed mobile order where the order was in print they could have read it correctly, or doubled checked it but they didn’t. I ordered 2 legs and a thigh and as you can see they gave me a breast, leg, and wing. I give you what ever they want. They are incompetent to do their job correctly. I’d stay far away from this location.

This was hands-down one of the best fast food experiences we’ve had in a long time. The food was hot, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. The chicken had that crisp on the outside and juicy on the inside that you actually expect but rarely get. Even my son — who never ranks anywhere above McDonald’s — said this was better. That alone says everything. We’ll definitely be back.

Pulled up and the drive thru was busy, got out and theres a sign on the door that says the lobby is closed drive thru open. Its not even 6:30. Drive thru was very slow, seemed like they took and order, had them pay, made the order completely before even taking another order. I ordered online. No doubt the foods gonna be cold. Not fast food. Not the first time experiencing this.

Update: I got my food and got home only to realize they made the 100% opposite of what I ordered. So I go back to the store and get back in the long drive thru line. I tell the lady at the box what my problem is and she asks me to repeat it all over again. So I repeat it and she tells me to pull to the second window. I ordered a bacon and cheese, extra pickles, no mayo, I got a chicken sandwich with extra mayo. I pull around and the manager is leaning out the window laughing and talking to what I assume is one of her friends in the car in front of me, they finally end their conversation and I get to the window and I asked her, “is there anyway you can give me fresh fries since these have gotten cold” (as I tried to hand her the incorrect food) she says “whats wrong with the fries?”I said I’ve been waiting in line for the second time for 20 minutes, they’ve gotten cold” to which she rolls her eyes and tells me “I aint give you no old fries so dont even try to say that but I’ll give you some new ones but I aint give you no old fries” the entire time I’m trying to tell her I never said they were old, that they’ve gotten cold, I paid for my order to come out together so it’s all hot together. But she wasn’t hearing it. Attitude all over. Because this is the interaction I got, I decided to check the sandwich because you never know if people will actually spit in your food. Mind you I ordered a bacon cheese, extra pickles. The sandwich the manager handed me had no bacon, so when she sends some other little girl to give me my fries ,I say to her, she didnt give me bacon on the sandwich that was already wrong. And I hear the manager in the background saying “what she want now???” So a third girl comes to the window and I have to explain it all over again, she asks for my receipt, asks me 3 different times whats wrong on my order and had they taken the food back in the first place I wouldnt have to keep explaining it to employee after employee. So she goes and talks to the manager I first interacted with and she comes back and says “we have no bacon.” I said “that would’ve been nice to know at any point in time before you handed me any order.” So she walks away to talk to the manager and comes back and asked me to pull into a parking space, I ask “for what?” She says “we dont have bacon so were gonna cook you some bacon…” girl literally threw her arms out and shrugged like it made all the sense in the world. I said, “you messed up my order once, I came back to get it fixed, you didnt fix it, and now you want me to wait for my second sandwich and fry to get cold while you cook bacon?” So I told them I’d be contacting corporate. Can I also point out, this is my first time eating a chicken sandwich from popeyes, and my husband said they were bigger and better than chickfila…. I got home. HALF MY CHICKEN WAS UNDERCOOKED. Needless to say I still couldn’t tell you what a popeyes chicken sandwich tastes like and from this whole experience, I never will because chickfila will get 100% of my business if this is how yall get down.

Everything was lovely the food and service was too but the atmosphere of the bathrooms I noticed they are missing child changing stations. So I would love to recommend adding child changing stations for moms with babies. As well as the water pressure in the bathroom sink was very little to non. Water barely came out and it was hard to wash hands.

Find better employees. The man working the window (large man, with an attitude) shoved my food out the window and didn’t give me my drink. Never barely spoke a word. Very rude.
Then on top of it…. Popeyes raised prices $13 for a 3 piece meal… and now they charge for sauce with your chicken!??! Will not be going back to pay for overpriced chicken, with no sauce, and rude people. I’ll take my money to a place that teaches their employees that respect is paramount. That guy has worked there a while, and I have blown off his behavior in the past but this is now several times… I can no longer give him the benefit of the doubt that he may just be having a bad day… won’t go back.

My grandfather and I have had the pleasure of dining at a few Popeyes restaurants. On our recent visit to this particular establishment, we were quite satisfied with the speed at which our order was prepared. Unfortunately, a couple of our side dishes, specifically the mashed potatoes and corn, were unintentionally left out. While the food was delicious overall, it might be best to avoid ordering anything overly large or complex, as there is a possibility of errors.
