As what I love to call myself a port of subs connoisseur this location is the closest to my favorite location back home in Reno and northern Nevada ( I promise you I’ve tasted them all). Such amazing staff and willingness to deal with my crazy requests. Big shout out to Melanie for always understanding “ extra mayo mustard mix.” It’s very awkward to ask for more otherwise, but she understands exactly what it means. Love that! For being a major cross street location they are great whether I’ve ordered online or come in during my break. You guys are great !

Horrible. Ordered 4 sandwiches and realized they were all burnt, completely black on the bottom. Called the location and the associate asked if we didn’t want them toasted. I said this is beyond toasted they are completely burnt black. He then goes ummm. Did you want me to do something about it? Then proceeds to not do anything about it. Great customer service, not.

So I tried the meatball sandwich today. Garlic cheese bread amazing. But my meatballs were cold and not enough sauce. I called in to advise them, management apologized and said he will let his employees know. I hope they provide hotter meatballs to others!

This location is awesomely perfect! They helped us plan and arrange to host lunch at school.

Great subs! It’s the ONLY port of subs in this area that’s surrounded by Subway stores. Really there are NO other Subway sub chain alternatives in this whole area OTHER than this port of subs! So say what you want about the store or the staff, but at the end of the day it’s a welcome relief- a sub island oasis in sea of subways….
