I should have just listened to the reviews. DO NOT DO IT. I ordered 16 wings, curly fries and drink for $22 plus tax. The curbside person was ready. However keep in mind this is a silent kitchen in Chili’s. I got two large boxes of what’s in this picture. No fries no drink….I informed her and she ran in and got some fries, still no drink. I don’t fault her because again she in this case was just the messenger and a Chili’s worker, It’s Just Wings seems to work independently from what I understand. The price was not worth these wings I really expected better. It was carelessly packaged and the wings weren’t great to be honest, they were barely tossed in Buffalo sauce, and of course I received mostly flats . I did order Chili’s appetizer wing earlier in the week and was more impressed with those. I’m not sure if the same person is making them but I definitely tasted a difference. I’d rather pay the extra price to order directly from Chili’s. I hope they do better but clearly after seeing all these reviews they don’t care to improve. So DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Horrible. Super disappointed. Wings and boneless wings had little to no sauce!! Boneless had barely an ounce of buffalo sauce puddled on the bottom of the tray. Boneless wings themselves barely had any. Other wings had nearly none! Definitely first and last time!

Second time my order has been processed incorrectly. Door Dash did fine in bringing the food but Its Just Wings should change their name to “Its Just Mistakes With Frozen Nuggets”. Instead of putting the wrong sauce on my chicken this time they just didn’t put any on at all. Bold choice. Especially since the receipt clearly states there should be parmesan garlic sauce.
To make matters even more fun, because they work through Chili’s there is absolutely no accountability for mistakes. You can try calling but it will just forward you to a Chili’s representative who will take great pleasure in not being able to help. They will be condescending and then blame Door Dash.
I will now do whatever it takes to let as many people know just how terrible Its Just Wings and Chili’s are as food providers and customer service providers.

First time ordering from its just wings through door dash and it was a bad experience. I feel very grossed out and want to throw up as I’m writing this. I had to throw them away. And one of the chicken looked like it was bitten off of. The flesh on chicken were pink and all. If I die it’s from this.

I like the simple no frills approach to ordering wings. They are a good value, cooked well, and have a nice variety of wing flavors. However, the heat level is way off. I know this is Minnesota, but, the wings that are described as “hot”, would be considered mild at Buffalo Wild Wings. They’re so off on what they consider hot, it’s pretty funny. I’ve ordered here about 6 times, and will keep ordering, but bring your own hot sauce.

Idk what all the bad reviews were about, I was obsessed with the apple bbq and curly fries, and I’m a ranch snob I loved the soupy ranch. However it’s all changed, wayyy less fries and they’re not curly, I tried the plain bbq since there was no apple, and there was hardly any sauce, and had a weird lemon bite. Even the to go boxes were different. The ranch was the only thing that stayed the same thank god. Oh and no secret fry sauce which was the bomb.

I saw this on Door Dash & gave it a try for a pickup order. I had trouble locating the place so I called the number & the voice mail let me know that the place is inside/part of Chilli’s restaurant. All you have to do it park in one of the curbside pickup parking spaces & they will bring out your order, it’s that simple. The food was good & at an affordable price. If your looking for curly fries & boneless or bone-in wings, give It’s Just Wings a try.

Used on DoorDash….left a lot to be desired….! If I had known they were under chilis, I would have just ordered from chilis and skipped whatever this is. To repeat what’s already been shared, you literally get frozen chicken nuggets and sauce. Not great.

Wow, first time trying this and its depressing. Ordered food before reading the reviews and the reviews were right. The chicken were barely coated with dressing, not as spicy and they tasted as if they were kept under a warmer and then refried. Never again.

soggy Cajun fries and way over salted. The ranch dipping was extremely watery, and the boneless chicken had no flavor, I got the honey chipotle. I would rather go to bdubs and pay a little more.
