This is worst chipotle location i have ever been. DON’T GO this location chose an other option. Absolutely they are not worth even 1 star. Rude workers more than you imagine. Portions are very very small. She didn’t put even whole spoon. When you say can you add more they are waiting to argue with you. She showed me sauce cup and she said this is regular portion. Probably she confused about her birds food portion. Any way i did’n take it. So much headache for just one burrito.

Got a burrito with chicken and I gotta say. When they fold your burrito with care as they would with a child and a blanket then, you know you’ll have a fantastic burrito. Didn’t fall apart and every bite had a bit of everything. An experience one would relish as they return for another epic burrito. A very clean chipotle with nice employees and a good choice of drinks. Would come again!

Food is good and enjoyable. Ate here for the first time and it wasn’t for me personally but had really good healthy food options. It was a little dirty with the trash overflowing in the trash cans which made it difficult to throw my trash away. The seating in this location is really cramped.

A few weeks back, I walked into this location. I was literally starving and I didn’t want to spurlge on junk food,,being that it was so close to dinner time. I ordered the burrito bowl and dined in as I waited for my Uber driver. This location is near the Mall in a drop off entrance. You can not park in front,,only drop offs and pick-ups are allowed. The employees are diverse..but most High School age and college aged. I love the burrito bowl and I have been dining on this this meal since 2011. By the time ,, I ordered and paid for my meal. There were about 5-7 people walking in as well to order. This location is smaller than the one in Hollywood CA on Vine Street. There is a location in Newbury Park,CA as well. I have enclosed some pictures of my experience.. I began to eat most of meal. Then I had to go to catch my ride. The bathrooms are clean as well. The staff was kind enough to give me a cup to drink some water. I do not drink sodas.. I most certainly would frequent this location in the future, especially if you are going to see a movie.

Yes.. is a little crowded for the space they offer but that’s what you can expect when they rush the opening..
Everyone knew that was gonna be like this before they even open the door the very first day..
But in the end is the food that make us coming back…
Like it or not . It’s great food..
Just please a little side note I hope the next time I ask for.my burrito the steak it will be better cook than the last time I went there..

Nice location but the corn they served was still semi- frozen and staff did not seem to care.
Easy fix but poorly handled as the staff remade my bowl with corn from the catering part but even that was semi-frozen.

Went to this location after a HORRIBLE experience at the Chipotle at the Newbury Park location and this was a complete 360 from that. The young Man behind the counter gave Great customer service and the cashier was just as friendly and courteous. I will be coming to this location even though it’s a little further from home but worth it. I will NEVER go to the Newbury Park location again.

The line server had an attitude for no reason and skimped me out of portions in my burrito. Horrible customer service & bad wrapping on my burrito. The end was hanging out when I opened it at home. For the portion part I’m sure they get trained to do that but the attitude leave at home, you’re at work. Prices have gone up for small portions.

As a person that doesn’t eat meat I asked the server for a veggie bowl and the gentleman put in 1.5 lazy scoops of rice , I said after he added the beans that it didn’t cover the bottom of the bowl I ask for a little more rice he said no that’s the portion and reached under the desk and grabbed a book to show me 4 oz. I shook my head and ordered the rest of the veggies , he didn’t drain the liquid so I had a chipotle soup that I didn’t or couldn’t eat
