My son and I stopped at Arby’s to grab a quick snack during a two-hour gap between a wedding and reception. He’s 15, has his permit, and is very quiet and shy. At the speaker, the employee taking our order was rude, unclear, and showed poor drive-thru etiquette. My son had to repeat himself multiple times.. at first we thought the speaker was broken. When we pulled up to the window, the same employee made us wait an unusually long time before even taking payment. He wasn’t kind, friendly, or professional, and it felt as if he was intentionally being dismissive. When he finally handed us our food, the sauces we asked for were missing. My son called out politely, but instead of responding, the employee walked away from the window and never came back. Moments later, we pulled forward and watched as he immediately opened the window for the next customer, treating them with politeness and helpfulness.. the complete opposite of our experience. I’ve worked in customer service for years, and I know how much it matters. This type of behavior reflects poorly on a brand. I eventually had to go inside, where a young lady kindly and apologetically helped me get the sauces. She was wonderful, and I appreciated her professionalism. For reference, this happened Saturday, September 20th between 2–3 PM. Do better..kindness and respect cost nothing. On a positive note, the food itself was hot and fresh.

Two nights ago, I ordered the 2 for $7 Gyros.
It took quite a few minutes at the drive-thru, but my food was FRESH, HOT, AND DELICIOUS !!
Sorry to the cars behind me.
I saw your drinks/shakes being made whilst I waited for my SUPER-FRESH order.
I really suggest everyone try the Arby’s Gyros !!
I was so happy with my last visit, that TONIGHT I ordered the ANGUS CHEESESTEAK. What a Joke!!
My order was filled in 2 minutes with a microwaved piece of leather “French Roll” filled with PUKE !
UNBELIEVABLE DIFFERENCE
If I ever visit an Arby’s again, I’ll ask for A FRESH sandwich and take a bite while sitting AT THE WINDOW, so I can demand my money back when/if I receive microwaved puke!!

I ordered a double roast beef combo and was disappointed when I arrived home to see they gave me a classic roast beef. Not only that, but the classic sandwich only had 3 slices of meat. It was all bun. I double checked my receipt and I ordered correctly, so I’m not sure what happened.

The service here really sucks. I have been in drive thru for 23 minutes and still have not received a simple order of ham and cheese. Should have gone to a sit down restaurant.

The customer service at this Arby’s is always super friendly. I swing through the drive thru at varied times of the day, and I’m always greeted with friendliness, which is always nice.

Plus, I feel like this location always makes my food with love. Idk, I just feel like, compared to other locations, this Arby’s gets my order right 10/10 times.

It’s just an overall pleasant fast food experience, and these days, it’s one of the few fast food options that I really enjoy.

I wrote this Arby’s off as bad service a few years ago, but decided to give it another shot, I was very pleased I did so. The lady at the window on 11/1 at 4pm was so sweet. She explained everything about the new sandwich for me and was super nice about me splitting the bill. I believe her name was Kylene as my receipt says. Food was quick and hot. Only thing I would complain about, is nothing this store can control, but over $2 for a slider that is just a nugget is a bit much. But everything under this crews control is perfect.

The food was not that great. There was barely any beef on the sandwiches. The employees were wonderful at the drive thru though! The service was quick too. Please don’t be so.stingy with the beef. I thought you guys “Have the meats”. Lol

Got chicken tenders and fries.
Fries were hot and fresh, tenders were cold and dry like leftovers from yesterday.
Returned, and older lady offered to prepare fresh as obviously she knows it wasn’t fresh. Off course I didn’t take, they should never serve food that isn’t fresh.
Young overweight girl that serves my just smile sarcastically, she enjoys to screw customers, probably racially motivated.

My food was lukewarm..both my sandwich and my curly fries..my husband sandwich was warm but his crinkle fries were hot. Taste was good otherwise. I went up and bought a cup of cheese after we got food and told the girl thank you as i did when we got our food and there was no response..i think that is bad customer service. Wr were the only ones in the restaurant and probably three cars went thru drive thru.
