We had a fantastic experience dining here, and it quickly became one of our new favorite spots. The food selection is genuinely impressive, with a wide variety of options that make it easy for everyone at the table to find something they’ll love. Whether you’re in the mood for something hearty, something light, or something a bit more adventurous, there’s truly something for every taste. Be sure to check out their seasonal menu too!

One thing that stood out to us was how allergy‑friendly the restaurant is. It can be difficult to find places that take dietary needs seriously, but the staff here was knowledgeable, attentive, and made us feel completely comfortable. It’s clear they put real thought into accommodating all guests.

The unlimited coffee at the table was another huge plus—fresh, hot, and refilled without us ever having to ask. For families, the kid‑friendly options make dining here even easier. There were plenty of choices that our kids enjoyed, and the welcoming atmosphere made the experience stress‑free.

On top of all that, the service was excellent. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, quick, and genuinely seemed to care about creating a positive experience. We’ll definitely be coming back!

We are First Watch regulars and this was the first time we tried this location. The space was huge! The food was high quality and delicious as usual. We used the app to put my name on the waitlist on the way there, so we didn’t have to wait when we arrived.

My husband and I are First Watch vets and we are thrilled to finally have one in our hometown. The new Strongsville space is HUGE and beautiful! The service was fantastic. Staff is very attentive and the food came out quickly and was delicious as always. Our server was Danielle and she was on top of everything. We look forward to being regulars at our very own First Watch.

Repeat customer with family with small kids and Solo breakfast goer. Been to three separate First Watch locations and this branch is just as cute as the rest! Family friendly atmosphere with unique health conscious meal options and options for the breakfast foodies too. Service at the Strongsville First Watch was top notch with the friendly Bar server and the welcoming team at the doors. Got the Chickichanga (a spicy chicken avocado breakfast burrito) and a side of the million dollar potatoes (always a MUST have order at any visit). Highly recommend you come visit them, I know I’ll be back!

I love first watch and this newer location is just ok. We waited 30 minutes before we were seated then once we were seated we waited another 20 minutes before our order was taken and then another 30 minutes before our food was brought out. My million dollar bacon was burned and too crispy but edible and our sever was nice. I’ve had better experiences at other locations and better food quality.

We came to strongsville first watch for their VIP event and had an amazing experience! Server Yannisa was super sweet and funny. Soo friendly! Between the three of us, it costed just under $70. We each got a drink, entree, and one shareable between the three of us. The food was fresh and super yummy. I highly recommend everyone come here and if you can request Yannisa as your server! Such a fun experience.

First time at First Watch and I will definitely be back. My eggs Benedict with bacon was well seasoned and the side mixed greens were a perfect compliment. My server was friendly and efficient. Could not of asked for anything better!

Today we took some of our residents from O’Neill Healthcare to lunch. Everyone gave their food 2 thumbs up and our server Mary was awesome. I didn’t get the hosts name but he was awesome as well!

My son and I went to first watch this morning for breakfast. We were immediately greeted by a young girl who didn’t even identify us when we walked in the door. I didn’t think much of it and asked for a booth. She seated us and took our drink order. When she walked back to the table she spilled orange juice all over me, the table, the seat, and on my cell phone. I wasn’t too upset and didn’t overreact because accidents happen and I myself am clumsy at times. All she said was oops and walked away slowly. She came back with a couple napkins, and it was dripping all over the place and I was soaked. She never spoke a work to us let alone an apology. I asked her If we could move to another table Because this one was sticky and she was halfway cleaning it up. She must’ve had two or three napkins with her and was making the situation worse. She said to me, get up and move wherever you want. She sent this very aggressively and I said to her you don’t have to be angry and hostile with us. She said well you don’t have to stay in our restaurant you can go. Essentially, she kicked out me and my 19-year-old son. I asked her again. Are you asking us to leave and she said yes, you can go and walked away. I walked over to the manager who was standing by the door and told him what had just happened. He gave me a blank star and said well are you hurt? I said of course I’m not hurt orange juice was spilled on me. I’m soaking wet and sticky and my phone is wet, but obviously I am not physically hurt. I told him she asked us to leave, and he laughed in my face. You can’t make this up! I’m just glad I had a witness with me because it is the most unbelievable thing I’ve experienced in a restaurant.
So since we like the food at First Watch we went over to the Middleburg Heights one where we were treated with stellar service and excellent food.

I’m not sure if the owner is going to see this for
the Strongsville location, but something needs to be done with this young girl and the manager. We were in there around 11:30 AM I was humiliated and left their soaking wet and sticky while the manager watched us walk out and laughed and talked under his breath.

Do not patronize establishment go to the Middleburg Heights one.
