Ordered delivery, and what I got was not what was expected. I ordered a 8 piece classic and got 6 pieces, and then my BONELESS wings are basically CHICKEN NUGGETS ! Never getting wings from Papa Johns ever again.

I ordered a large pizza, boneless wings, and a soda. When my order arrived the delivery driver did not have my soda said that nothing was ever given to him. My pizza was burnt and my wings were dry. I immediately tried to call the store to make them aware of the quality of the food as well as not receiving my soda And nobody answered the phone. I’ve been a Papa John’s customer for a very long time. Very very disappointed time to find another pizza place.

I’ve never had Papa John’s before, but today I was dying for some pizza and the photos from there looked good….. 10/10 pizza, 10/10 service, the pizza was soooo good, wait time dropped from 50 minutes to 35, totally worth the wait. I ordered extra cheese and extra sauce and oh my goodness their sauce is so good… And their pepperonis are the perfect balance between fresh and crispy. I was worried it would be too salty or oily, but it was PERFECT. I don’t typically “love” pizza but damn this is so delicious…my photos don’t do it justice.
Bonus points for PJ’s because I’m pregnant and I didn’t get sick at all from the pizza. Love you guys

Does this look like an extra large pizza to anyone else? On the description it calls them 8 foldable slice, which is what I think of when I see Costco pizza. But this is tiny.
And what happened to the breadsticks?!?! Two of the breadsticks were little bread blobs. Not even sticks, which yeah sucks.
The food quality is inconsistent and poor at this location.

Come to momma! papa ! Lol….I do wish they would bring back the whole grain pizza. When I was younger I used to save my pennies to get it, it was so delicious and flavorful. I can’t seem to get enough of papa John’s! I really like the app because I’m always scoring papa rewards. I used 10$ off today and the 20% off they have on the deals. Seeee you soon!!!!!

We ordered a pepperoni pizza with half jalapeño and half olives and bell peppers 2 weeks ago. It came mostly correct minus the jalapeños. We called and let them know and they offered to comp the pizza next time. Which was awesome, we originally just wanted it remade but offering to get a free one made up for that. So last weekend, we decided to get our free pizza, the exact same one and not only did we get a free pizza but also free delivery! And when the pizza got to us it was the freshest and most beautiful pizza I had in years. Hats off to those working that day, best customer service and pizza I had in years from anywhere. We will be buying more pizzas from this papa johns!
Edit on 6.8.25: WTH? This is our 2nd time ordering an original crust pizza and getting what seems to be a thin crust pizza. I even google original crust for papa John’s in case I was mistaken but this is nothing that fits the pictures or description. Please retrain staff the difference original and thin crust

Ordered via phone, and said that i was paying with cash. Driver came didnt know the price nor had a reciept for it. Pizza was also flipped around see photo. Driver expected 20 dollar tip at first and was not going to give change.

The process was fast, as was the delivery, but I suppose speed over quality isn’t my cup of tea. My order was a gluten-free light cheesed pizza with pepperoni and pineapple. Except I got a pizza with hardly any cheese. My camera quality makes the pizza look a lot better than it really is.

So.. I’ve been trying to see if the quality of this place would get better before I left any comments or reviews. They actually contract doordash to deliver their pizzas. So, of the order comes out correct. You’ll be happy to know doordash will find a way to screw up the order. Honestly, I’d rather get roundtable pizza anyway. Even the dominos across the street is of quality less than desired.
