AVOID. HORRIBLE customer service.
Wife ordered a couple meatballs sandwiches and a plain boring nothing on it roast beef for me. Pre check had showed it not on the hot sandwiches section of menu.
When it came hot – toasted roll and warm roast beef (yuck) – she asked what the heck. They said they come either warm or cold – DID NOT ASK HER WHICH – and she could buy another sandwich if she wanted a cold.
Good customers service would have offered a remake of the cold; not just told you to buy another. Terrible.
Terrible customer service. Will NEVER go again. Looks like dog food and smells like it too; fed it to the dogs. Hope they go out of business.

This was my first time in here, I work at a restaurant by this location and wanted to try something different for lunch. Walking in the door we was welcomed by 2 employees. Looking at the menu which looked amazing i got the beef and cheddar brisket sandwich. That was the best sandwich I’ve ever had. I also decided to buy some BBQ sauce and this backdraft sauce. Both tasted amazing but that backdraft sauce is phenomenal! I’m hooked, I will definitely be back and I’ve convinced my wife to go and she don’t like sandwich places all that well, this place will change her mind. Excellent service and excellent Food!

This is my favorite sandwich in Keller. I probably come here once a week for lunch. The quality is evident when you bite into the sandwich. The Hook & Ladder is my go-to.
A lot of people have given 1-star reviews for bad customer service experiences. I will say that I’ve had less-than-stellar service here, but nothing I would leave a nasty review over – like the guy feeding a hot roast beef sandwich to his three dogs while spouting off obscenities. Classy look, Local Guide.
People seem to forget that a lot of young and inexperienced “kids” get part-time jobs at places like sandwich shops. They are not all the most socially aware people with impeccable customer service skills at age 16. Have some patience.
It is ridiculously hard to find good employees these days, and local businesses and franchises struggle more than ever.
This place definitely tries hard to offer a great product at a reasonable price. Whomever is running this shop is invested and cares about your business. Go support them.

My meatball sub was very good but, the service was not great. Also, I didn’t really like the feeling on the inside of the restaurant. No one said hello when I walked in. And, it was WAY too expensive. The meatball sub would have been better if the service was better. Not coming back. If you’re thinking about going here, Don’t! Just go to Buffalo Wild Wings next door. I left them a five star review. Will be a lot better of an experience.
