I seriously underestimated this restaurant! Came here with the family and we all enjoyed dinner here.
Location was simple. It’s on the main road of route 61.
Parking is good but seems limited if the restaurant were busy.
Staff were extremely nice upon arrival and were seated right away. This was at 7pm on a Saturday night.
Restaurant had a homey and comfortable feel. Little dated but very comfortable.
Menu had a lot of great options.
Prices are great!
Service was excellent. All of our food came out almost simultaneously and hot.
Food was delicious. I had the cheese steak and I was very impressed. The steak roll makes all the difference the steak was very well seasoned.
This restaurant does not serve alcohol just an FYI.
Cleanliness is great! I highly recommend this restaurant.

Very friendly, family oriented restaurant. Pete is great and greets each customer. The food was great and very large portions. The pizza shown was a kids size for my 11 year old son. Very good!

My father took me here when I visited him because he real loves their sausage hoagies. I’ll admit, they were good.
The waitress was very entertaining and outgoing in making sure we were happy.
Overall, the experience was very pleasant.
If you ever come through Kulpmont PA, stop in at Pete’s Restaurant and have a bite. Give them one chance to earn your return visit.

Great food served by even greater people. Only had pizza myself. Co workers loved the salad, especially the tomatoes and dressing.

Ordered a large pizza and large Stromboli, was charged $40, called to double check the price, was told it should have been $37.02. So where did the extra $3 go? The pizza is beyond a frozen dough thawed, it should have been thrown out. The want to be Stromboli, is nothing but dough!!! Where is the stuffing??? Will NEVER order from here again, will travel to Sunbury for my Stromboli and Ashland for my pizza!!!

We took our Granddaughter and her husband to Pete’s. (The husband is from a four generation “food involved” Italian family in Philadelphia). As usual, the service was wonderful, the atmosphere was “Pete’s”, (we told them that dinner would be a social event and it was!), and the food was fabulous! Our Grandson was very impressed with the entire package!

The first time I wanted to place an order they didn’t have what I wanted. That should have been a warning. I decided to try it again. The person who answered the phone was very rude, honestly I wanted to cancel my order after that interaction. This is the absolute worst salad I have had. Salad is usually green there is no green in this salad, all I got was the white part of the lettuce and it’s horrible.Also ordered a chicken cheesesteak.. there was no chicken… it was a regular cheesesteak NOT what I ordered either. Yup should have cancelled the order. Definitely won’t order again from here.

My brother Russ and I just stopped here on a recommendation from our friends who are local to the area (we are from Upstate, NY). We each ordered a calzone. They were absolutely delicious!!!! We had a good time there talking to the owner Frankie and one of his workers. Great people and very friendly. Our understanding is Frankie is going in for surgery soon. We wish him a speedy recovery!!!! He was such a nice person and treated us wonderfully. Can’t say enough about the staff and the food was absolutely awesome! You won’t be disappointed!!!!!

Hands down the best and most fresh pizza we have ever had! Although we are not locals this will be our go to food stop when passing through. Thank you for taking the time to chat with us as well! We tried the cheese pizza and eggplant parmesan this time and can’t wait to explore the menu more!
