This was by far one of the most disgusting and unacceptable experiences I’ve ever had with any restaurant. I ordered a pizza and found a bandaid baked into the pizza itself. On top of that, as shown in the picture I included, I had already taken a bite and had to spit my pizza out once I realized what it was.
This is beyond gross, it’s a serious health and safety issue. There is no excuse for something like this to make it out of the kitchen. Pizza Hut should be ashamed of the lack of quality control and cleanliness this represents.
I sincerely hope management and corporate take this situation seriously and make immediate changes, because no customer should ever have to go through this.

Everyone loves Pizza Hut, but this store is always clean, and the service is fast. Ms Brittney and her team greet me with a “hello & a smile” every single time! I’ve watched her while I’m waiting and see just how much this lady can manage people! She always talks to the employees so respectfully & kind. Best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Pizza restaurant!

The restaurant had a burnt smell when I walked in, and unfortunately, my food also came out burnt. The staff was quick to remake my order, which I appreciated, but even the replacement was dry and not up to standard. I accidentally ordered from the wrong Pizza Hut location and hoped for the best, but my experience was disappointing. I don’t believe this is the employees’ fault — it seems like the oven may need to be replaced.

We got delivery like we usually do! About a 40$ bill 1st off no pan crust pizza . I bake and make bread I am sure u can still put hand toss in the cast iron pan and give me the same effect. I asked for bacon , pineapple and jalapeno I am sure this is sausage? Its totally miss proportioned ! Pizza hut your quality isnt worth what its use to be ! Not impressed at all and sick of wasting my money on not quality pizza what you were know for !

I literally just picked up my wings from this pizza hut on range in denham spring. It’s so sad that they care nothing about their customers! If they did they wouldn’t have had such horrible looking wings not only did they look like someone tore them to pieces they had absolutely no sauce!! This is not a 8 piece wings. Looks like someone’s left overs! This is not okay pizza hut!

I ordered my pizza with just enough time to get there and have it be ready. I arrived as the order was coming out. The only issue was they made my medium pizza a personal pan by mistake. So I had to wait another 10 minutes for my remake. I asked if I could keep the personal pan that they made on accident, and the manager told me they threw it away. You literally messed up my order by cooking something you didn’t need. Why would you not just give it to me for my time? Do better.
