The cashier seems like he was having a bad day and bothered to wait on us. He had a name tag but no name and on it. They was out of mayo but never said anything when ordering Jr bacon cheeseburgers. Both fountain drink machine didn’t have any ice and one of them everything that came out of it tasted awful. The burgers didn’t come with the right side patties on it. We spend $40 for our family dinner that night and I wished Wendy’s could go back to the way it use to be with fresh food and friendly service.

Our Wendy’s just opened back up a few weeks ago it looked like it was always busy still looks like that most the time figured out today it wasn’t that it was busy their just really slow I waited 5 minutes after I paid to get my food when I did I had to tell them they forgot my nuggets in my order…. It’s fast food it’s definitely not supposed to be 10 minutes in a drive through just to get a small amount of food

Food is usually pretty good. Most employees are friendly, except one girl that took my order a few days ago, she was not friendly at all, and acted like she didn’t want to be “bothered” when I asked her to get my drinks from the drive-thru because the drink machines in the lobby we’re not working. I was there the other morning and the employee that took my order was very friendly and helpful, however. She was an older lady with grey hair.

This place got flooded in February. It’s now mid-July and it still hasn’t reopened and it appears it isn’t going to since every time you drive by no one is working on it.

I’ve been going to this local Wendy’s for years and I have had very few issues. The few that I did have were always promptly corrected. I also have never waited an excess amount of time receiving my food.
Just a personal note: I know restaurants want to keep up with the times, but I wish Wendy’s had kept (at least partially) the restaurant decor “old fashioned” like their slogan suggests. I want them to bring the Superbar back, too.

What do you want to from a fast food restaurant? Mainly fast, hot, fresh food. This Wendy’s does all this and more!
This location and Wendy’s in general is my favourite fast food chain. I eat here usually multiple times per week. I love this location’s drive through is open till 1 AM all week long, with the lobby closing at 10 PM.
Around July 2018 they did a complete remodel making a very cosy lobby and Introducing the Coca-Cola Freestyle fountains which allows for many new flavor combinations. One thing with this though is regular Coke seems to have a different taste. This is the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars The Dave’s Cream Soda selections are delicious.
Tips:
Did you know you can substitute fries in a meal for baked potatoes or small chili? This also applies to 4 for 4 meals.
Keep an eye out online and in store. For a short period of time each year the Dave Thomas Foundation For Adoption offers frosty coupon books/ key chains. I bought several for family members, costing $2.00 each for unlimited free Jr. Frosty with food purchase.
If you’re really busy hungry ask about the T-REX burger. This off the menu item is a 9 Patty behemoth, costing over $21.00. Price and participation may vary.

Order crispy chicken sandwiches got home with them after 6 mile walk bit into one one got home Raw the chicken was raw. They won’t do anything about it because you don’t have a receipt for it who saves the receipt for a chicken sandwich

They are starting to get orders wrong with missing items (5/7/23) Ordered yesterday and was missing a sandwich. I ordered today and they forgot my drink (went back in to get it) then came home to find the salad had no dressing packet.

Food is okay. Fries are horrible and I’m pretty sure they aren’t allowed to say “thank you” ,or “have a nice day”. I know it sucks to work at Wendy’s but no one ever says thanks. They just slam the window in your face after handing you your food.
