I was so glad I decided to stop here! The chicken tacos were fat and tasty!
The people were very friendly, the place was nice and clean. The tacos were ready quick and everything was priced very afcordable here. I’m definitely coming back! Also I liked that the tacos came with limes, radishes, extra grilled onions, jalapeno and an oversized sturdy plate to hold the weight of those fat tacos.

Went to this place because we saw it was close to where we were going. So we decided to try it. Let me tell you. We are glad we did. It’s a little mom and pop hole in the wall authentic Mexican place. The food was so good. I got the torta with asada. It was delicious and big portions. The bread could have been a little toastier but it was still good. My partner got the burrito with asada and she said she it was very good. Over all it was a good place to stop and eat. The prices and atmosphere were great too. Definitely will be going back to try new things.

Long time MH resident and big fan of Super Taqueria, but this place is legit and rivals Super Taqueria. The quesabirria is phenomenal! That sauce that comes with it??? Next level good. Tacos are legit. Burritos are legit. Quesadillas and the fish tacos are legit. Everything we’ve bought from Tolentino’s has been either very good or great, and the salsa doesn’t exercise demons from your soul like Super Taq’s salsa. It’s not a sit-in family dine restaurant. I mean, it’s in the old Dari Queen. The prices are very reasonable. For $20 you can leave full for the day. They do Mexican food and their menu really well and I highly recommend. Again, get the Quesabirria. You won’t be disappointed. Highly recommend.

I got the quesabirria and they delicious. With the red sauce it was just the right amount and spice and flavor. The price was very reasonable for the amount of food and quality so it was good value. Also, the food was ready quickly. Would get again!

This place is not going to last long here…..Young girl taking orders, was a little clueless on trying to edit my burrito without rice or sour cream .
Ordered 5 different things and they gave me 2 mini salsa containers. Even the salsa was very bland tasting.
Tacos were very, very tasteless…..No flavor at all.
Corn tortillas seemed steamed. Meat not seasoned. No salsa or onion on top of tacos. But, a little too much cilantro. So basically, it was just flavorless meat and a bunch of cilantro on a steamed corn tortilla.
Not a wide selection of menu items either.
I will not be eating there again.
Best bet is Super Taqueria, or Tacos Ameca …..Wide selection of items, very flavorful food and bigger containers of salsa.

We have been to Tolentino’s 5 times so far, including opening day. We’ve had about 2/3 of the dishes they have so far opened. They’re doing a rolling opening to the full menu. Only a few things remain to launch, as of 9/15/25. The tacos, burritos and quesabirrias are amazing.
The atmosphere is informal and very Mexican (not the Americanized kitch kind). We love this place.

Haven’t gone heard they add a service fee on receipt . Will go soon if they don’t do scummy things like that, other restaurants and places are doing that, every person added in the end is a nice tip$$$ at the end of the week to go clubbing,buy clothes, drinks. same with liquor stores that like dimes and extra quarters every person eventually adds up. You either own up to or just loose.

I realize this place just opened up a few weeks ago but WOW they need to get there act together. The little girl at the counter was very nice but definetly a language barrier. I ordered a carna asada burrito and a veggie burrito. Pretty simple. They had no idea what I was talking about when I ordered a veggie burrito and didn’t know how to charge me. Little odd. The burritos eneded up being the most bland burrito I’ve had in quit some time and I eat at a lot taquerias. I can make a better burrito in my kitchen without trying and that’s not saying much. Barely any cheese, NO sour cream and a tiny bit of guacamole on the last few bites. Meet had no flavor whatsoever. Just a dry tasteless burrito. The salsa’s are OK but they give you a couple of these tiny containers good for about two bites. There was just a lack of caring in the food and to be this new of a place and there isn’t an owner there making sure this is running right…..crazy! I won’t be back and I was actually excited to come check it out tonight. This business will not last long unless they pick up there game ALOT. Good luck to you guys.
