We ordered food for our team and sent our porter to pick it up. The cashier handed him the food, gave him a receipt, and told him to have a good day, never once asking for payment. An honest mistake on his part, as he had no reason to believe the order wasn’t already handled.
What followed was completely unacceptable. Our manager received a hostile, aggressive phone call demanding he physically come to the store, despite explaining he was out of town. We then sent someone down in good faith to pay the remaining balance and sort things out calmly.
The manager was shaking with anger, spoke over us, and refused to engage in any reasonable conversation. When asked a simple question, whether our porter had been asked to pay and refused, she threw her hands up and said “How would I know?!” When we asked for the owner’s contact information to escalate the situation appropriately, she falsely claimed it was illegal to share that information.
We paid the bill. We were never trying to get out of anything. The issue was your cashier’s error, and it was met with hostility instead of accountability.
The food isn’t worth the treatment. We won’t be back.

Pan pizzas and breadsticks were great. Toppings were good, and everything arrived tasting fresh.
The wings were very “meh” though. Price isn’t bad so I might would get them again, but they really weren’t all that.

If you’re in the mood for delicious pizza, Pizza Hut is the place to be. During my recent visit, I was blown away by the quality of the food and the exceptional service I received. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted by a friendly and welcoming woman who was both cooking pizzas and answering phones.
Despite being the only one on staff, she remained calm, cool, and collected, with a smile on her face the whole time. She quickly took my order and made sure everything was to my liking. As I waited for my pizza, I noticed that the restaurant was spotlessly clean, with all surfaces wiped down and the floors swept and mopped.
When my pizza arrived, it was piping hot and absolutely delicious. The crust was crispy and flavorful, and the toppings were fresh and perfectly cooked. The cheese was gooey and melted just right, creating a mouth-watering masterpiece of a pizza.
Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience at Pizza Hut. The woman working the front desk was a true multitasking pro, and the cleanliness of the restaurant added to the overall positive experience. If you’re looking for fantastic pizza and great service, Pizza Hut is the place to go.

I always order from this one because it’s less than a mile away. The owner/manager I don’t know which is amazing. I placed a late night order and I guess doordash delivered at that hour. I call and he let me pick up. I tipped him because not only was he alone I still got my food and he could have told me no. The last 3 delivery’s were trash. I always pay cash or add tip when you show up. Why? Because the last 3 drivers complain about working or complain they are short staffed and cuss up a storm. They were just very unprofessional. The last driver gave my husband attitude the moment she walked up. I’ll continue to use the location because the store staff and food are great but the attitude of the drivers needs to change if they want to make money. Complaining about new hires, not wanting to be here, the short staffing because no one shows up is crazy.

Oder was not ready when arrived as expected. 1 Individual working, a young lady with dark hair who refused to give her name and was not wearing a name tag. She was very rude and had an earbud in and wasn’t responding to questions asked. When attempting to retrieve order was even given a hard time. Would not recommend dealing with her. Only makes me wonder what she may do to food eaten when an individual has no professionalism.

First of all this is a carry out or delivery store front.
The quality of food is sub par compared to other pizza hut restaurants. The pan pizza is now as flat as the original and its smaller despite the price increase.
I ordered online and drove to pick it up and the cashier had the nerve to ask me for a tip, and got an attitude when I declined. Do not visit this location. I never will.
