Loved the new grilled tomato pesto sandwich and the mango pineapple refresher drink was good in the beginning but later on it got diluted with water as ice melted even though I had less ice. You gotta drink it quick, to get the full favor till the last sip, I guess.

Tahairy was amazinggggg.. I’ve been to many Dunkin Donuts before with average customer service, so I know when someone is going above and beyond. She was pleasant from the drive thru speaker to the window and we did’nt have to ask for napkins. As a business owner of a bakery “Perfect PoundCakes”… these are tye types of customer service reps i love and wish I had more of.

Ordered a cold brew with milk, was handed what looked like a regular iced coffee. I asked to make sure it was a cold brew and window person confirmed. Tasted it and whatta you know, it tasted like a regular iced coffee. So irritating.

The store is consistently clean, including the bathroom, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. However, the coffee I’ve ordered multiple times is consistently bitter.

Never have a problem here they know my everyday order which is a Medium Iced Latte, whole milk 1 or 2 liquid sugars. Today they got my drink wrong 3 times!!! I had to go inside for them to fix it and it still was not right. Not sure if they move people around or what but my Latte tasted more like Coffe. Nevermind they made me late for work! I cannot believe they got it wrong 4 times!!! Somethings gotta give!

2nd time receiving an incomplete order. Let it go the 1st time. 2nd time called and to request they rectify the mistake. Was told that they are not responsible and call door dash. Why? Door dash didn’t fill the order. The bag had an unbroken seal. So now, I am out $17.00. Is the manager skimming this money? Will not patronize this location again. Staff member was antagonistic.

Made me wait at the drive-through for over 10 minutes 15 minutes maybe and I just sat there waiting for them to take my order. It was crazy and now I’m stuck in the line. I can’t get out of it even I wanted to. I’m still waiting. I ordered hash browns. Terrible don’t go if u r in a hurry

I went thru drive up and order a crossiant with butter on the side. I also ordered a small hot coffee with milk and sugar. I repeated it 3 times. When I got to the window the young lady gave me just the crossiant only. I said where is my coffee. She said I never said that. She took my card and paid for the crossiant but never apologized or asked to get me a coffee. I was so upset. Terrible service. They need to train there coworkers better with customer service.
