We have ordered from this establishment many times and most recently it has gone completely downhill. We ordered a calzone there tonight which came completely raw. For the price, they should be checking the quality of their product prior to sending it out to customers. When we called to tell them that the order came raw, they responded “sorry, nothing we can do” and didn’t assist in anyway. Think twice before ordering here.

This place used to be great. The Greek guy that owned it originally knew my family and we loved the service. Now that I see the recent reviews I feel confident in talking about how your buffalo chicken pizza gave me the worst food poisoning I’ve ever experienced. I hope you guys will increase your health standards because I almost feel went to the hospital.

Walked in at 1:45 and waited at the counter for 10 minutes until a man came out and said they were on break for the next 20-30 minutes. All good, nothing wrong with that. Everyone deserves a break. I walked back in to order 30 minutes after and the staff were extremely rude, almost like they were mad that I came back to give them my business.
I tried to not let the experience with the staff ruin my hopes of a good sub, but the Buffalo Cheesesteak was filled with tendons and sinew. Lower quality steak and cheese than Market Basket if you can believe it.
If you’re rude to paying customers, I’d hope the food is atleast decent. I was let down.
Probably won’t be coming back, and will be sharing my experience.

Really wanted this to be better given how many good reviews this place has, but I just can’t recommend the Margherita pizza. The sauce was terrible and had way too much dried basil and pepper in it. I’ve had canned sauce that tasted better. No fresh basil unless we’re counting 1 leaf that was sliced into a couple shreds. Cheese was barely melted and some wasn’t sliced through as if the pizza was cut before a few pieces went on. The crust was floppy, and no I didn’t let it sit in the box.. I had the missing slice in the photo outside in my truck as soon as I picked it up. Not the worst pizza I’ve ever had, but one of the worst I’ve had at this price point. I know the economy is killing small business, I’m a small business owner myself, but you’ve got to do better if you’re gonna charge 27 dollars for a pizza that doesn’t even have meat on it. As an appreciator of great pizza, I’ll happily spend the money if the pizza blows my hair back, but this one was a hard pass.

This was our first time here. And everything was so good! The wings were perfect! Nice size and great flavor. My husband got the Lone Ranger burger. It was HUGE! Nice and juicy. Veggies were fresh and the bacon was delish. Staff was friendly and the place was very clean. We will definitely be back.

J&M has always been our favorite pizza place in North Andover, and we’ve never had any problems before. However, today, when we ordered pizza for a party, one of our guests discovered what appears to be a piece of rotten nail in his slice . See the attached photo.

I have been searching for the perfect “pizza place” salad for what feels like a lifetime. I found it today at J and M. I ordered a grilled chicken Caesar salad. The romaine was chopped thinly and was super fresh (no giant hunks of white stale lettuce). The chicken was cooked perfectly with color and seasoning and cut into small pieces. The croutons were crunchy and plentiful. The delivery was speedy and the delivery driver was extremely courteous, he even offered to help me bring in heavy packages that had just been delivered, that he had to climb over to deliver our food! My husband ordered the Niko sandwich and he thought it was excellent with great quality prosciutto. 10/10 experience. I can’t wait for my next salad!

Wow! Saw J&M on Phantom Gourmet last weekend. I stopped in for takeout lunch today after an appt. The restaurant was clean, exceptionally nice workers. Menu boards were easy to read and understand. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger reuben and onion rings (well done). The bun was fresh and held the sandwich together even after my ride home. Reuben toppings were plentiful and the onion rings are made in house perfectly salted. This meal was A+. Eat here. Make your belly happy.

Hesitated between 3 and 2 stars then noticed the dough was raw at the edges. Not bad calzone ..but also not good. Seemed flavorless which is odd as it had so much going on inside. Side marinara also super bland. A little pricey but decent size …would have been great with just a few minor improvements. So easy yet no one took the time to do right.
Will give this place another try. Hopes high for something better.
