This is a very sad amount of yogurt for a parfait. It also gave me heartburn for some reason which normally doesn’t happen. I also got a sandwich which I specified extra cheese sauce on and they put none at all. Sandwich was also very small. Overall here you pay more than fast food prices for food that’s about the same quality as fast food but somehow also end up with less food.

Service was friendly, good food, clean establishment. All things that make a restaurant worth coming back to. Food was good, quality seemed to stay consistent which is a big positive. Although did request for my broccoli cheddar soup to be heated up, was a little on the less than lukewarm temperature but that’s an easy fix as the employees were more than accommodating!

Enjoyed the lunch stop while doing the 127 yard sale. Bread for the sandwich was super fresh and really made the sandwich. Salad was also light and fresh. Enjoyed the variety of tea available. A bonus at this location was the outdoor patio.

3 out of 4 of my online orders have had issues. 1 – The Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt I purchased had no chicken.., 2 – A fruit cup I ordered was missing, 3 – the delivery never showed up (It showed the delivery driver at the store for over an hour before I called).
I was able to receive a refund for all of these and the customer service reps were courteous, but a 25% success rate is really unacceptable. Even excluding the missing delivery since they use door dash – that still means half of my order have had problems.

Horrible and disgusting in the dining room. It so dirty and everything is sticky and covered in crumbs. There is no customer service whatsoever. They’re hanging out in the back and not greeting their customers or taking orders. They left you to do it at a kiosk, which takes 1 million times longer.

Came in close to 4pm and it was completely empty except a was a lady waiting patiently at the counter with a cookie. We stood there for 10 minutes when the lady yelled back HELLOO, someone answered- be there in a minute. Another 5 minutes dragged by so I walked to the back and saw at least 5 different employees kinda fiddling around. I returned to the counter where the lady was and now and older gentleman came in, and waited a few minutes before finally ordering at the kiosk. I followed behind him hoping it would make things go faster. At this time the poor woman who was waiting to pay for a single cookie had been there for 20 minutes or more. Finally a girl with a scarf on her head came up and apologized and let her pay for her cookie then rushed back to the back. We got our food, but we wanted a few pastries that weren’t available on the kiosk so we knew we’d be waiting another 20 minutes. They were never terribly busy and we waited entirely too long for no good reason

Placed a mobile order and the girl at the window was more concerned about the fact that I went around 1 car in line just starting to place their order. She failed to check my order and I had 2 bagels with cream cheese with no knife! There are too many other choices coming to town, Good Bye Panera! What a shame use to be one of my favorites
