Food was disgusting!! Ordered the red enchiladas and they were swimming in a watered down sauce. The refried beans tasted like they had gone bad. They had a really gross sour taste to them. Took one bit of the enchilada and one bite of the beans before I threw it in the garbage. Don’t waste your money on this place. I would give it zero stars if I could.

Update: I hadn’t eaten here for a few years due to not being in Rigby frequently. I tried it again today and had a taco with home made tortilla and a gordita. They were both delicious.

One of my absolute favorite places and I go frequently. It is hard to please me when it comes to food but they have always impressed me. The bus is clean and has seating. Prices are great. The food is not only authentic but it is fresh and has so much flavor. The family who operates it is absolutely amazing with the best customer service. I definitely reccomend them.

I ate here a few days ago and it was delish!!! Spicy pork quesadilla and a gordita. I LOVED the gordita! The salsa verde is also really, really good! My food was done quickly and service was very friendly.

Just wish they had horchata on the menu! But the street tacos and flautas were excellent! Love that green salsa, very flavorful with a mild-med heat!
