Went here tonight order my food i was told it would be 15 to 20mins it took an hr to receive my food once i received my food i seen Caitlyn N. go fix another customer’s food she left from taking orders to making orders in the back without washing her hands and no gloves on……i continue to leave…….i open my box while in the car omw home to eat……the pizza was not done well i go back it was 10:06p when i get there they close at 10….i asked if she could cook my pizza some more she takes a look and says ya it’s not done but she’s sorry she already turned the oven off and closed out the drawer….my only options were to come back tomorrow for a remake or refund….there’s nothing she could do…..I asked for the manager she said she was the manager and sent me home wit Uncooked food i have uncooked meat and dough……..i don’t think she understand serving uncooked food could send someone to the ER huge lawsuit……the fact she was cool with it is beyond me…….a management knowingly sending a customer home with uncooked food is unacceptable…….she should’ve refunded me or cooked my food more there is no reason why i left with uncooked Food she said it takes 20mins to warm the oven up and she was NOT turning it on…..mind you i got there at 10:06p y’all closed at 10p the oven is still hot…..I’m definitely not letting this go and she refused to give me the store number

Aaron is awesome! They were gonna take too long to get a EMB out for me by the time I had my streaming session. And he made me 2 pepperoni pizzas and paid for them himself and they were delicious. My wife and I are one pizza and saved the other for tomorrow. He apologized and I made sure I did this review. Great job Aaron! You’re the man! I’m gonna make sure to tip him at least a $20 bill next time I go in. Aaron my wife and I are going to treat you to steaks one of these days too.

Ordered delivery. 6 items total. 3 crazy puffs and 3 crazy sauce. Sauce didn’t show up. LITERALLY gives an item count on the receipt right on the top box. Worthless meal without sauce yet they only offer a $3 refund for my missing items. Not acceptable, I paid and tipped for convenience and I didn’t get it. How do you forget half the order. Won’t be back.

I not only order for myself, but also dash here. Sometimes the waits are long. Not too often are they short in and out. Like a crap shoot on service time. But the staff seem to be working. My food always tastes good. So taste and quality get high marks. Those unpredictable services times though… keep working hard!!

I am so disappointed in Little Ceaser’s. I had to wait ONE hour for 2 pizzas. The cashier kept telling me 5-10 more minutes then he came back and said they messed up my order and I had to wait longer then when I spoke to the manager on my way out – she apologized for the wait and said we gave you a free cheese pizza. I honestly should have been refunded for the long wait. People were in and out and nobody seemed to really care that I waited for so long. Next time I will not pay first for my pizzas until I received them cause I would have honestly left it there. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok at the time of writing this it is 8:05 pm. I got here at 7:25 and my son went in to order. He waited 10 minutes before they took his order. Then he waited. And waited and waited…. He ordered one original pepperoni and one original cheese. That’s it. The 2 most basic things you can order from this store. After about 20 minutes, I had to leave my parking spot in front of little Caesars to go to the Chevron next door to use the restroom. When I was done, he was STILL waiting. And there were no parking spots at all. So now I’m sitting here across the street at the Schlotzsky’s. He just texted me that he is finally able to sit down. After 35 minutes! And still waiting…. I’m going to post a picture of my view of the parking lot from where I’m sitting. This is such bull. It has now been 50 minutes!!!!!!!!!! My son texted me that our order was ready but the cashier ordered her self some wings BEFORE giving my son his order that was paid for 50 minutes ago. That’s just great
