All I can say is “WOW”! First let me say, I LIKE PIZZA AGAIN! Because of Jaimie, (the lady that works there) I like pizza again. I couldn’t eat all the tomato sauce they always put on pizza, she recommended half tomato sauce and half bbq sauce and it’s PERFECT! 10/10

Called in an order to go. When I picked it up it was a pleasant exteriors. The service was great, the atmosphere was very pleasant and the pizza was the best! I had my hans full and they even offered to help me to my car.

Was very disappointed in this place. My husband and I parked to go in and place a to go order . A couple walked in right before my husband, placed an order then the lady in charge (unsure if it was manager or not) literally screamed no more orders. Even though we walked in right behind the couple that was able to place an order. Sunday it says they are open until 10 pm, this was at 8:45. Will definitely not be going back to this location. Lady was down right rude! Kid working counter didnt know what to do.

I have never left a review anywhere In my life but tonight I’m just frustrated. The pizza here is always amazing and I love the breadsticks. However tonight I not only got accused of lying because they claimed they put the Stromboli in the bag but I did not receive the Stromboli wrap. We were super excited to try it for the first time but however when I made it home it was not in the bag. I paid for my order and even tipped $10 because I fully believe in tipping anyone that puts work into whatever job they may have. We live 15 minutes away and I just got home from work to finally spend time with my children after a long day and they said my only option was to come pick it up but they will not refund it or deliver it to us. Everyone that knows me in Elwood knows that I’m a kind, honest, hard working individual that would never lie about a simple Stromboli wrap being in the bag. I don’t even want to post this review but I’m just amazed at their customer service and how I was treated tonight about this situation that could have been easily resolved with a simple refund or them delivering it to us since it was their mess up in the first place. We have never had an issue here before but they just lost our business and we will now be going to the tipton pizza king.

I have eaten at a multitude of Pizza King locations in my time, visiting every single one in Madison County except this one. After finally doing so, I gotta say they did not save the best for last. The worst, actually. The pizza has a funny taste to it compared to every other location, is cheap with the toppings, and likes to fill that out with much more veggies than meat when ordering something like a Royal Feast. Most insultingly, the prices are actually higher than every other location within a thirty-mile radius. The Alexandria and Anderson-Madison Ave locations are the best in the area from my experience, with all the others being acceptable for the price. This one is just embarrassing as far as Pizza King standards go…not that it was gross or anything. Just completely subpar quality compared to every other location….

I got my pizza and when I got home the doe was only cooked half way done. So when I called them they said a top manager would call me that was on 12 / 21 / 2024 and I still haven’t heard from anyone that was 50.00 down the drain. I finally heard back from them they sent me a 10.00 gift certificate for the $ 47.89 pizza that got threw away. How is this making things right. Very disappointed.
